    Why I failed the interview stage?


    - Too much preparation creates anxiety
    - Failed to deliver the evidence on the story
    - Over explaining when answering the question
    - Competition – other candidates are way better that time

    What have I done differently on the next interview?


    ▪ Be confident & natural
    ▪ Show authenticity
    ▪ Explain briefly
    ▪ Well prepared but relax - take the chance to sip the water provided
