5. Communication Strategy (specify how the project manager will communicate to the Stakeholders e.g., Project Team members and
clients/beneficiaries, e.g., frequency of status reports, frequency of Project Team meetings, etc.
Scheduled project team member meetings will be arranged weekly with adequate minutes noted of each meeting.
Phone calls
These meetings will be prearranged, formal with a list of discussions. Minutes will be circulated to other
stakeholders via e mail.
One on one meetings will be held with sponsors and the relevant information documented and sighned by the
sponsor.
