    Our on the job training (OJT) was happened on February 14,

    2023 and was oriented by our subject teacher sir EDGAR GARA
    All G12 GA1 students were deployed but the destination were
    different based on where they are assigned.

    The assigned place on me was in Toyota Calbayog city Samar,


    It was said that we should arrive before 8:30 am and we must
    leave at exact 5:00 pm

    On our first day we were assigned to different departments, but


    since we are new they weren’t able to give us any serious tasks
    yet we participated on helping at wrapping chocolates and
    roses for the employees and customers since it was valentines.

    On our second day I was assigned to the service area I was told
    to observe I wasn’t given any task still.

    On our third day we were ask to meet at the upper floor on the
    training room and I was task to check some of the documents
    by ms, Vanessa garal.

    On our fourth day we were gathered on the training room we


    were ask to be on time at exactly 1:00 pm we were told that we
    are going to watch a movie based on the history of the Toyota
    itself it was a 4 hour movie and we weren’t able to finish it for
    its already late.
    On our fifth day we were introduce to all of the employees and
    staffs we also introduce ourselves and greeted them.

    On our sixth day I was move to a different department in


    showroom reception I was oriented by Ms., Roselle Sollano, I
    was told to observe and later on I’ll be the one to page I was
    companied by another college student who was also deployed
    before us.

    On our seventh day we were task to design a bulletin and paste


    pictures of the employees that were taken on the awarding and
    Valentine’s Day by Ms. Vanessa garal.

    On our eight day we were ask to wrote down the materials that
    we needed for the design of the bulletin and after that we cut
    some casscasess of Id’s.

    On our eight day Ms., Vanessa gave us all the materials for the
    design and so we started by searching all the pictures that we
    needed on google, and printed it afterwards we design it based
    on Valentine’s Day, after printing all the designs we needed and
    set aside the trashes.

    On our tenth day we were able to finish our valentine bulletin


    boarD.
