Payment Information
1. a Daily Fee
✔ The number of days you rated in the previous week
2. Ad Rating Fee
✔ The number of ads you completed in the previous week
Both the daily fee and ad rating fee are only paid for the days raters have successfully rated at least
one (1) ad.
Please understand TELUS International does not have control over the number of ads you receive per day.
Payments are issued via WorkMarket for the ratings completed in the previous week.
For example, the payment for ratings completed between February 3rd and 9th, 2020 will be issued on
Friday, February 14th, 2020.

We have a pay term of 30 days. You must wait 30 days to be able to withdraw the
payment without additional fees paid to WorkMarket. More information on withdrawals is
available here.
For example, a payment issued on Friday, February 14, 2020 will be available for withdrawing on
March 16, 2020
Unfortunately, we are not able to pay for the time the rating tool is unavailable, or for skipped ads.
Payment can be withdrawn from WorkMarket as soon as it is invoiced, but an additional fee applies

IMPORTANT!
You need to verify your tax and payment information in Workmarket before you can receive payments.
Please make sure that your payment method is filled in correctly: bank account, Paypal, Hyperwallet, etc.
Also ensure that your identification number is added and verified. This might vary from one country to
another, so please review your account to make sure what type of identification is requested in your country:
ID number, SSN, tax number, etc.
If you don't have this information in your Workmarket account, we won’t be able to process your
payment.
If you believe there is a mistake with your payment amount, you can request it to be
corrected by using the link we provide in the weekly payment notification email. With the
link, you can request for a correction to the two most recent payments - for the ratings
done in the previous week and the week before that.
If you need a summary of the payments made to you by TELUS International, you can
access it by logging into your WorkMarket account and accessing Settings > Tax
Documentation, or by reaching out support@workmarket.com.
