1. Our customer service team w ill verify your transaction and process a refund/recharge at the earliest. This w ill normally take 2 w orking days (excluding Sundays & holidays). Rest assured complaint w ill be attended to and w ait for our response, please do not send a follow -up message before three days of logging your complaint.
2. All failed recharges w ill be re-tried by the system and normally a recharge w ill be granted w ithin 2 w orking days (excluding Sundays & holidays). You w ill receive an email w ith confirma recharge details.
3. In case w e are unable to deliver a recharge due to a technical reason, a refund processed in 2 w orking days and mail w ill be sent to you in confirmation. Please take note that your ban take another 4-7 w orking days to reflect a credit in your account. Kindly w ait for 10 days for this process to complete.
4. If you do not receive a satisfactory resolution w ithin 10 days of transaction, you may escalate the ticket by choosing escalation option on our contact-us page. Kindly note escalation re can only be logged after 10 days of the transaction. All escalation requests w ill be handled by a dedicated team, w hich w ill provide you a resolution w ithin 2 w orking days.
