z The acid gas from the Regenerator Column is partially condensed in the Regenerator
Overhead Condenser and flows to the Solvent Reflux Drum. Condensate from the
Solvent Reflux Drum is returned to the Regenerator Column as reflux and the acid
gas from the top of the Solvent Reflux Drum is sent to battery limits as an acid gas
stream.
z The lean solvent from the bottom of the Solvent Regenerator is sent to the
Lean/Rich Exchanger via the Lean Booster Pumps. Following the Lean / Rich
Exchanger, the lean solvent temperature is further reduced in the Lean Solvent
Cooler. The lean solvent is returned to the suction of the Lean Pump. The total lean
solvent stream is then sent to the top of the Amine Absorber via the Lean Solvent
Pumps.
