The given pie charts provide the result of a survey in 2010 asking visitors of an amusement

park. The participants were asked to give out the best aspects and the most stand-out
dissatisfaction in their opinion.
Overall, more than half of visitors despite the entry price; on the other hand, atmosphere
and the staffs’ professionalism are the main attraction.
According to 55% of visitors, they did not like the cost of entrance, 25% felt there was a lack
of choices in rides. Unsuitability in locating bothered 12% of customers. Other aspects
including unclean toilets took up 8%
On the other side, 45% of visitors were satisfied with workers being professional. Similar to
that number, the joyous atmosphere was commented as the greatest positive. 8% of those
who came there were happy with free beverages the most and the rest 7% had other
favorites.
