    RE: FIRST OFFENSE FOR NOT COMPLYING TO DAILY PROTOCOL

    This is to inform you that you are not submitting your daily site activities report.
    This letter shall serve as a formal warning (First Offense) for your behavior during the past few weeks.

    This warning shall mean that you must comply on the said matter. If you are found to disobey any of these
    points, then a corresponding sanction shall be imposed without a prior notice.
