    RE: Outstanding Debt of Twenty-three million frws (23,000,000frws)


    Dear sir,
    We regret to note that despite previous letters the above balance is still outstanding, unless
    you contact us in 72 hours to agree payment.
    We will commence our legal debt collection procedure against you and place the matter in
    the hands of solicitor to issues legal proceedings against you for the full amount overdue
    including the interest and legal fees.
    In the event that judgment is entered against you in those proceedings will register the
    judgment and publish the property in all relevant trade journals, including Gazette and the
    property attached shall be put on sale as agreed in the contract signed for the bank to
    recover all the given amount and legal fees as the agreement indicates.
