Backing up data 1. I went into the documents file

2. I downloaded all the files that were in there on
to a USB
3. After this I made sure that everything was on it
4. Then I loaded it on to the new file on the new
SSD

System settings When downloading the new windows I made all
passwords and users the same word so that when the
client need to put there own password / change it they
knew that everything was the same

 Download of office 365 1. I went into file and clicked the office 365.exe
and doubled clicked it
2. Then when it finished downloading I made
sure to delete open office
3. Then I made sure that office 365 was working
by opening word and teams to make sure that
every thing was working

Download of windows 10 1. Plug in everything into the computer,
monitor, mouse, keyboard etc.

2. Turn on the computer and make sure

that all the hardware is working.

3. After turning it off and then on again

press f2 when it’s loading up to get to the
bios.

4. When there make sure that the time and

data is right but if not change it (The date
may be shown the American way)

5. After that going and change some of the

bios settings

6. Then put in your USB with windows in

and then save the bios and then spam
f10. Windows downloading

7. Toshiba should show up and then press

enter on it.

8. After its loaded make sure all 3 opines

show English / United Kingdom

9. If right press next and that press install.

10. Then enter a key, but if it does not work

 you can just click don’t have a key

11. After this delete all data that can be

deleted and after this is done press next
and start the download.

12. Wait like 15-20 minutes for the download

to finish

13. Then go those the options and press

united kingdom for each option but do
not add a second keyboard.

14. Press no and not now for every option

and then wait for widows to finish and
log on

15. Now take out your USB and your done
