    ARTIFACT BAR DELIVERY GUIDE

    When delivering to Artifact BAR, please see the following for advice:

    Delivery Times
    ● Please do not deliver later than 3PM - please amend delivery schedules to ensure
    this, this is to ensure no conflict with the Artifact counter and Basehall
    ● If you intend on delivering before the building is open please use the car park - you must
    inform J (Bar Manager, Whatsapp 9616 5819) of the number plate beforehand to ensure
    vehicle can enter the building - IF POSSIBLE PLEASE USE THE SAME VEHICLE
    EVERY TIME

    If you intend on delivering before the building is open please use the car park - you must
    inform J (Bar Manager, Whatsapp 9616 5819) of the number plate beforehand to ensure
    vehicle can enter the building - IF POSSIBLE PLEASE USE THE SAME VEHICLE
    EVERY TIME

    For deliveries after 10am


    ● Please press the button on the wall in the picture below or call 9616 5819 to inform that
    a delivery has arrived

    ● There is potential that someone will not be on site from the bar team, if this is the case
    please drop the boxes off outside the door, tucked inside
    ● IF the counter is open but not serving guests (Very very important) you may ask them to
    open the door for you, they are also who you should ask for a CHOP
    ● Please inform whatsapp 9616 5819 once delivery is made
    ● NO DELIVERY AFTER 3PM

    For deliveries after 10am


    ● There is a door on the left hand side of the car park, when facing the direction of entry
    ● Go through those doors and the first set of double doors to the right, please drop the
    delivery there
    ● Please inform whatsapp 9616 5819 once delivery is made, and send a picture.
