During the past few weeks, I tried to find more possible ways to add the texting feature in my

location finder; however, the ones I found were either too complicated for my level of coding
knowledge to understand or wanted an API to be used which was available through a monthly
subscription. Therefore, I was not able to find any source that would help me with the texting
function I wanted to add to my capstone project. So far, I completed the finding longitude and
latitude part of the project. I initially made a website using HTML and wrote the location-finding
function using JavaScript. The location will show when the button placed in the middle of the
screen is pressed and allows the website to share your location. Overall, this project was a
great opportunity for me to go over the coding skills that I did not use for a while. I also learned
new things while making the project and grow my knowledge in the area of coding. However, it
was a while since I coded, so it took many times for me to come up with the project I have
currently. Also, I really wanted to add the texting feature to the project, so after receiving the
longitude and latitude of the user, the user could send the information to a desired phone
number, but I was not able to find anything.

To check if the longitude and latitude printed were correct, I went to a longitude and latitude
checking the website and the numbers on my website showed up to be accurate.
