Sub: Charter of demands of BCPL Executives-regarding

Respected Sir.

With due respect and humble submission. we would like to inform you that. BOA has
submitted numourous letters regarding the various charter of demands of BCPL
Executives in the preceeding years. As far as BCPL executives are concerned. these
demands mentioned hereunder are considered as bonafide and genuine in all aspect for
upkeeping the moral of the Executives. However. we regrettably apprise you that even
atter there is inordinate delay. hese grievances have not been addresed. These long
awaited demands may drastically atfect the eftficiency and productivity of the Employees
without even getting noticed. in turn. resulting in high attrition rate.

Therefore. in view of the prevalent condition. it is earnestly request to fulfill the

tollow ing legitimate demands on priority and in time bound manner:
