Congratulations for your honor’s victory last 2022 National and Local Elections as
Vice Mayor of the Municipality of Balasan. Indeed the people of Balasan paid off your
dedication in serving them with their love and utmost support. Your election proves that the good
people assigns their trust on you as they see you fit and possesses the attributes of an exemplary
leader.

I believe that your capacity and untarnished image will bring the municipality not only to
better but greater heights. Your integrity will be the town’s asset in attracting investors that will
offer jobs to the unemployed that will eventually eradicate poverty as it will give necessities to
feed those in hunger.

during your town’s important events such as Annual Fiesta, Lechon Festival and other socio-
civic and cultural affairs. Permits and licenses will be lawfully complied and secured from your
