Gratitude work:

After learning about the food sin in the desert Bamidbar 11:4-9, we learned about the habit
and attitude of gratitude.
Part 1: Tracing your Gratitude
Over the next week, choose 5 days and list 5 things you are grateful for [be specific and
choose 5 different things each day]. In the first blank list the person, event, or thing you are
grateful for, and in the second state the reasons that you are grateful

1. Did you find it difficult to come up with 5 different things a day?


2. Did it get easier as time went on?
3. Were there things on the list that you wouldn't have thought to be grateful for, but you are
now?
4. Did doing this effect you in any way?
5. Is it something you would like to continue or that you will continue doing on your own?

B. Written reflection. Choose any or a few of the questions above, or something else that you
think was significant to you about this experience, and write a paragraph that you will submit.
