Modern PC-based control system has a wide range, meaning it is capable of doing a lot of

things with a significant difference with the traditional PC-based control system. It evolves time

to time along with the advancement of technology in the modern world we’re in right now.

“People are capable doing lot of things but surely every person in this world has its own

forte”. Barbara did something she is incapable of resulting a system full of errors.

First of all, as a system analyst and Barbara’s friend I will try checking the system myself

first since this is what I am good at. I will try looking to what’s wrong with the system until I can

find the error and fix it myself the best as I can. It’s my duty to help a friend who needs help

that’s why I will help Barbara with her problems since I know myself that I can help her.

In my own point of view, Barbara should be filled up first with the information that she

needed first in making software systems. She should be implanted with the facts that patience,

skill and tweaking anything in the system cannot help her since a single mistake can be fatal. She

should follow the steps made by the IS department since this is their job and they know how to

create system flawlessly. If she really wants the project to become successful, she must be ready

to do all the necessary things needed that would surely help her develop a system with no errors.
