Madar Al Qadesiyah Trading Company [ZQ79J]

These terms, together with the Vendor Terms and Conditions, any COOP Agreements entered into between Amazon
and the Vendor named below (the “Vendor”) from time to time and any Purchase Order submitted by Amazon to the
Vendor from time to time, form the entire agreement between the Vendor and Amazon for the supply of goods set out
in those Purchase Orders. Conflicting terms, including (without limitation) any standard terms of business of the
Vendor, are expressly excluded unless Amazon agrees in writing to the contrary.
