Restrictions for:

A. Moving in Residents

1. No visitors (relatives/friends) are allowed in your respective unit.

2. All installations/pull out services will be assisted by our condo
maintenance personnel.
3. Requested New Tenants should submit Barangay Clearance
attached with their latest Covid-Free test result before
moving in.

B. Moved in Residents

1. No Pet allowed
2. No to loud noise
3. All pull out furniture and appliances (whether for repair or for disposal) must have
approved gate pass. (Gate pass form from Admin Office; approved by the Owner or
registered representative with SPA)
4. No throwing of things (paper, bottles, cigarette butts or any trash) outside the
balcony. Should anyone be caught doing the mentioned act, will be fined Php1,000.00
and will be reported to the Barangay. She/he will be solely responsible for any property
damaged or physical injury resulted from the said action.
5. No personal property/belongings such as slippers, table, chair, bicycle & other
obstructing materials shall be placed in hallways or any part of common areas. (If
violated, the admin will automatically remove/pull out your belonging without prior
notice)
6. All items listed below should not be thrown into the water closet or drainage which
can cause clogging.
 Sanitary napkin/ diaper  Leftover food/ Cooking oil/ rice
 Rubbish  Cap/ Bottles (metal or plastic)
 Condom  Cigarette/ wrapper
 Cloth, Sock, Underwear  Kitchen Utensil
 Construction debris/ paint residue  Anything thrown in which does not
especially for the unit under serve for the purpose.
renovation/ fit-out works.
7. All amenities are exclusive for unit owners & registered tenants use only (no visitors
policy).
8. Using the Unit as platforms such as Airbnb or to be used as Quarantine facility is
strictly prohibited.

Note: All system of unit has been checked prior to the turn over and with your
acceptance.
If violated, the Admin will charge P3,000.00 per job order for the repair
cost.
