a. Title – specific and gives an 15% accurate index of main theme of study b. Problem – good presentation 15% of prevailing problematic situation that prompted the investigation c. Goals and Objectives – 15% clearly elaborates the purpose of the study d. Relevance – very timely and 15% has significant contribution to the needs of society. e. Originality – involves a new 10% concept/theory profoundly useful to the existing body of knowledge on architecture. f. Researchability – data and 10% information will be available to researcher g. Practicability – the study 10% can be done at minimal cost and within timeframe. h. Defensibility – the study is 10% sufficiently delimited in its scope TOTAL 100%
