Sponsorship Letter to Sponsor Event

I am Ayo Dele-Jonson, I’m the Executive officer of Creative Edge Ventures. I am writing this letter to ask
your sponsorship for SING 2 FAME. As the name implies, SING 2 FAME is a musical talent show born out
of the need to harness the potentials abound in the youths of the Niger-Deltans especially the Rivers’
youth.

Rivers is a multi ethnic state situated in the oil rich Niger Delta; south-south of Nigeria, West Africa. The
Niger Delta is one of the many regions in Nigeria, where major crude oil explorations have taken place;
this has been Nigeria's main economic stay since its discovery, over four decades ago. Revenue and
proceeds from crude oil have been used to develop many other parts of the country, infra structural and
socio-economically and except the Niger-Deltas.

AIM

SING 2 FAME was born out of love and the desire to make the peoples of Niger-Delta; especially the
musically inclined youths of Rivers state, more independent and self reliant, who although for several
years; were marginalised, despite being from the oil rich regions of Nigeria. With the passion to better
the lives of the youths, as its driving force, SING 2 FAME was founded to primarily focus its efforts at the
grass roots level, where talents abound waiting to be discovered.

For these and so many other reasons, I have decided to solicit for your support to make this project a
resounding success. Since Pabod Breweries is an indigenous company catering to the needs of the ever
teeming population, it is only natural that Pabod Breweries is the major sponsor.

Sponsoring SING 2 FAME in particular can be especially effective as a marketing tool because it is a
means of accessing a wide range of audiences such as decision makers in business, government entities,
and of course the everyday consumers. It is particularly beneficial for companies that take part in
international trade, because sponsorship transcends cultural and language barriers.
Sponsoring SING 2 FAME provides opportunities to gauge customer response to your products

coverage is usually expensive, if the company were to purchase it. In fact, sponsoring SING 2 FAME can
generate advert coverage which may not have been otherwise available or easily affordable.

WORKABILITY

Contestants will buy the Form for N3000, through the bank, It is to checkmate the numbers of
participants. Three Auditions will hold at the Presidential hotel, then followed by the elimination stage.
The Grand finale will then be held to decide who the Ultimate Star will be. Details of the schedules will
be fully discussed during the course of our further interactions.

The Potential estimated audience is at least 15million people and at most 30 million people, because the
advert coverage is spanning across the eastern and south-south states of Nigeria. The coverage will be
enhanced with involvement of Silverbird Television (STV). Arrangement is in progress as per media
partnership with the communications giant.

For these and other benefits, we will be happy if your corporation will accept to be the major Sponsor of
Project SING 2 FAME. You can be sure of getting optimal returns on your investment. We are proposing
the use of Billboards, Bus Stop signages, Bus Branding, Streetlight Signs, Radio Jingles, TV ad
commercials, Magazine Advertorials, Social Network site adverts, Poster, Flyers and Stickers. We are
also proposing to hold a consumer bonanza with all the Pabod products for the duration of the Event.
Consumers and distributors will have to buy products and win prizes. Prizes such as GRAND LAGER BEER
plastic chairs, tables, fridges, T-Shirts, Face caps, etc will be won by audiences across the coverage areas.
This ensures that we are getting enough audience support that is needed for this symbiotic relationship.
We have enclosed creative samples of proposed Media materials.

Conclusively, we also like to propose that part proceeds will be donated to the Charity jointly by Pabod
Breweries & SING2FAME. This will further increase the trust of the Revers people in this Great Alliance.
