DAY 1

Lesson Procedures:

OBJECTIVE:
Coordinate arm and kick movement, and breathing side keep applying CRE exercises to help students perform 50 m non-stop.
Observe what the students have to improve to do the right free stork technique

Introductory activity:
50 free stork
Middle part:
50m kicking (verify students perform the kick from the hips)
50m kick side
50 kicking (verify students perform the kick from the hips)
Closing Activity.
Holding on to pool board, we stretch our arms and while kicking we take air through our mouth and release it into the
water making bubbles.
Advance. Against to the wall, push forward and flip front.

Note: between the exercise students will perform 5 bobbles to recover themselves. These activities will be a
benchmark for what students need to improve

Closing Activity.

OBJECTIVE: Record the evidence of each student performing free and back stroke (each student will have two
times to do it) one doing the free stroke and other back stroke

Teacher will explain to the stents the class objective and what will be the purpose of the evaluation.

Middle part:
One by one students will perform the exercise while the teacher record the evidence with the student iPad,
when the teacher record the student will pass to other line to do the following exercises:

OBJECTIVE: Students will watch their videos and will do a self-feedback using a rubric, after that will keep improving
glide and CRE skills
Introductory activity:
Teacher will explain to the stents the class objective and what will be the purpose of the evaluation.

Middle part:
Students will fill out the rubric and will record a video reflection why they chose those options.

Closing Activity.

Hula-hops glide game. In teams of 3 max 4 students will make a tunnel using a hula-hop and one of them
will cross through applying glide position
