DAY 1

Lesson Procedures:

OBJECTIVE: Students will keep using glide position, improve arm and kick movement, work on CRE, initiation swimming
start
Introductory activity:
Teacher will explain the objective and why and what type of exercises students will perform
Middle pool 5 laps gliding (non-stops)
The whole pool (2 laps gliding) non-stops
Middle part:
4 laps middle pool short noodle arms work
2 laps short noodle whole pool
4 laps non-stop balls arm work
2 laps 50 m non-stops
Closing Activity.
Holding on to pool board, we stretch our arms and while kicking we take air through our mouth and release it into the
water making bubbles.
Arms stretched with the noodle between the armpits and we do the breaths with Crawl Kick.

Swimming start. Sitting down with arm position, kneeling start continuing with glide position,
Kneeling, glide and kicking 50 m

After each exercise, students will perform 5 times bobbles to recover themselves and improve CRE; the
teacher will give them continuous feedback so they will use the information to reflect on improving their
performance.

Coordinate birthing with arm and kick movement, keep applying CRE exercises to help students perform 50 m non-stop
Introductory activity:
Middle pool. 5 Laps non-stop glide position using a small noodle. (5 bobbles to recover)
Middle part:
Middle pool. 5 Laps pull stork both arms

OBJECTIVE: Students start developing skills to do the swimming dive (the track start position), keep improving
stork and kick movement.

Introductory activity:
Teacher outside of the pool will explain the objectives and the right way to set the body to do the track dive
position, one by one will perform the track position and using peer assessment students will help each other
to fix the position.
Middle pool 5 laps gliding (non-stops)
The whole pool (2 laps gliding) non-stops
Middle part:
4 laps middle pool using balls gliding (stream position)
2 laps short noodle whole pool
4 laps non-stop balls arm work
2 laps 50 m non-stops

it) one doing the track position and other from inside of the pool

Introductory activity:
Teacher will explain to the stents the class objective and what will be the purpose of the evaluation, teacher will
explain again the right way to glide in a streamline position

Middle part:
One by one students will perform the exercise while the teacher record the evidence with the student iPad, when the
teacher record the student will pass to other line to kick 50 m using a kick board.

Closing Activity.
Students will practice the track position to dive and free stork

-Back glide with an small noodle in the neck
-Back kick. Using a noodle (hips) 6 laps nonstop. Teacher will fix the glide back position

Closing Activity.
-Kicking holding the edged and using a kick board between the legs 3 times 8 seconds each
-Track position. Dive start.
