Appendix 3:

Technical Business Matching

1. Business Matching participants are representatives of the company. Each company will be
allocated an invitation for a maximum of 2 participants to attend the event offline and will
be accompanied by a moderator from MDI/TMI.
2. Business Matching between Telkom Group business unit and SOE and startups will be held
on November 29, 2022 (3 sessions) and November 30, 2022 (2 sessions) with an allocation
of 25 minutes per session.
3. Business Matching participants will get login access to https://nexbefest.id platform from
the committee via email registered at RSVP link.
4. After gaining login access, participants are expected to prepare & complete company
information with the following details:
● Company profile banner (1200px by 150px, max 1 MB)
● Company logo (250px by 250px, max 1 MB)
● PDFs (catalog, company profile, etc: max 10 MB per file, maximum 6 files)
● Company description (up to 3000 characters only)
● Contact info (website, LinkedIn, Facebook, WeChat, Instagram)
● Participants can also upload a video profile on the event platform by:
○ Upload a video profile on Youtube (using each company’s respective Youtube
account)
○ Click share, then copy the code obtained and then paste the code on the event
platform in the "Embed video or iframe content" menu.
5. For business matching scheduling, participants can schedule a business matching agenda
with Startups independently on the https://nexbefest.id platform no later than 18
November 2022.
