AFFIDAVIT OF LOSS
(RE: OR covering purchased property
from Asian Land Strategies Corporation)

I, REGIE BELTRAN, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and with residential

address at 4 Pioneer Village, Gen. T. de Leon, Valenzuela City, after having been
sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state;

1. That I am are the purchaser of a the residential lot from Asian Land
Strategies Corp. located at Block 11, Lot 1, The Meadows 2, San Jose
Patag, Sta. Maria, Bulacan;

2. That payments in installment basis were made covered by Official

Receipts which were kept on my files at home;

3. That lately, when I was looking for all the receipts, the same was
misplaced/lost and nowhere to be found;

4. That despite diligent efforts to locate the said entire OR’s proved
futile.

5. That we are executing this affidavit in order to attest to the truth of

the foregoing facts and circumstances behind the loss of the Official
Receipt issued by ALSC and for whatever legal purpose this may
serve.

FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NAUGHT.
