    Subject: Incorrect Steps used for maintenance task

    This Safety Alert/Bulletin is issued to all employees to remind them the importance of
    choosing the correct steps to perform the work required. The below photo shows
    incorrect steps used for the job as there is no safety rail for protection. Please ensure
    you select the correct steps for the work activity to ensure your safety. If you see an
    external working party / customer rep. using such steps, please inform them to use the
    correct step. We are all responsible for safety!
