PART B

Overall, we found that younger people tend to define the term "self" in terms
of emotions, whereas older people define the term in terms of traits and nearly the
entirety of a person. It suggests that as we age, our perceptions of some things are
also changing. While the more senior ones want to develop their skills that will aid
them in their work and daily activities to survive, the younger ones desire to
develop their gifts and abilities related to academics. The kind of work you are
doing at the moment does affect your visions. They share a commonality overall.
The quality they all shared was discipline. This is one of the most necessary traits
of someone to survive and keep on living together with other people in this world.
PART C

● Julius: In this activity, I realized that different ages of people have different visions about
their life as of the moment and they also have different ways to keep living. They have
already faced challenges and they have many ways to conquer them and they all survived
these types of circumstances. These findings that I’ve realized, will surely help me to go
forward starting now.

● Ariana: This interview offered valuable insights into the concept of “self”. It emphasized
the importance of maintaining a positive self-image and exploring all aspects of
ourselves, even the challenging ones. Understanding our values and beliefs shapes our
life choices, while prioritizing self-care nurtures our well-being. The interview reinforced
the significance of external influences and the ongoing journey of self-discovery.

● Ellysa: This activity helped me realize that people have their own definition of
themselves. This interview shows that there are other aspects of ourselves that we want to
explore. Usually, they want to explore and improve themselves. Last but not least, it
shows how understanding yourself shapes life choices and how to take care of yourself.

● Harryll: I have learned in this activity that we all have different perspectives in life, but
the part that we all meet, is that we all try to live together with people with different
attitudes and anything like that throughout our life. We will all have different
interpretations on what is our self and what we want to do with ourselves. In the end,
finding and improving our ‘SELF’ doesn’t stop until our death.

● Ann: What I have learned in this activity is that even though each person has different
views about one’s self, it doesn’t affect how we socialize and mingle with other people.
Aside from that, I have realized also that each person has that desire to explore more
about themselves. Furthermore, I also learned how important it is to prioritize one’s self
since it is good for our mental health and well-being.
