1. How can you describe yourself based on your perspective or point of view?

I'm just an ordinary person who loves to engage in conversations and share knowledge. I'm
constantly curious and eager to learn new things. I enjoy helping others by what I am able to provide like
information and insights that I know. I strive to be a helpful and reliable for anyone seeking for
assistance.

2. What aspect of yourself do your feel good about? Why?

I take satisfaction in being able to help people by offering what I can offer and able to. This sense
of accomplishment comes from my personality to be a helpful. My capacity to engage in conversations
and adapt to different communication styles is something I might feel good about, as it allows me to
connect with my friend and love ones comfortably.

3. What aspect of yourself do you believe you have improved? Why?

I can imagine that I've improved in several ways over time:

 Knowledge: I am continuously improving and expanding my knowledge, which means I can learn
more things to learn about. This improvement is essential for my future and my future job.
 Understanding: I've developed a better understanding of how things are happening and the
reason behind it. By analyzing the problem and thinking the best decision I am refining myself to
be a better human.
 Adaptability: I am practicing my skills and going out of my comfort zone. This improvement
makes it easier for me to be able to have friends and to communicate with others effectively
because we are all not the same.

These improvements are how I reflect on myself and what I had improved.

What makes me, as an individual, unique compared to others:

in my life make me distinct from anyone else. No one else has lived my exact life.

being good at a particular sport, arts, and many more.
 Personality Traits: My personality traits, such as my sense of humor, empathy, and the way I
approach relationships and interactions, contribute to my uniqueness.
 Passions and Interests: My interests and passions, whether it's a deep love for a particular
hobby, art form, or a dedication to a specific cause, add to my individuality.

These things are what differs me and what makes me stand out from the rest.

 Physical Appearance: I love my body and my physical appearance though I also have
imperfections and insecurity.
 Sensations: allows me to experience lots of things, including touch, taste, smell, sight, and
hearing, which would allow me to interact with others.
 Motor Skills: allows me to have the ability to move and control my body, using muscles and
limbs to perform tasks and navigate.
 Consciousness: allows me to be self-aware and intimately linked to my human body, providing
me with a sense of self and the ability to think, reason, and make decisions.
 Emotions: allows me to experience a wide range of emotions, such as joy, sadness, fear, and
anger, which would influence my thoughts and behaviors.
 Health and Well-Being: My physical body's health and well-being would be crucial for my overall
quality of life, and I would need to take care of it through proper nutrition, exercise, and
healthcare.

As a human, my sense of self is deeply connected to others in several ways:
