Maisha Construction (Pvt.) Ltd.

This Agreernent singed on January 18, 2023 between the following Parties and comes into effect
From the date of singed and will be valid till 30 June 2025.

Md. Karmuzzaman Bhuyan is the Managing Director of Zaman Consortium Ltd, House: #8, Road: #4,
Block –J, Rampura, Banasree, Dhaka-1219 is a construction firm in Dhaka-after referred to as the FISRT
PARTY witch expression shall including their representative of assigns unless repugnant to or
inconsistent with contents .
FIRST PARTY

Maisha Construction (Pvt.) Ltd. Head Office. House: #10, Road: #8, Block B, Mirpur-13 is a private
limited company registered under the companies ACT (XVIII) of 1994, represented by Managing
director, having their office in Dhaka. Hire in after Referred to as the SECOND PARTY which
expression shall include their representative of assigns unless repugnant to or inconsistent with contents.

SECOND PARTY

The Second party owner of the equipment mention in table no. 1 shall land as hire to the first party.
Both parties shall avoid by the respective terms & condition regarding Asphalt Ready-Mix Plant &
Mixture, have access to hire of Maisha Construction (Pvt.) Ltd., by Second Party, if first party awarded
any development work under Dhaka North City Corporation, Dhaka South City Corporation and any
GOB Development work project under of Dhaka North City Corporation & Dhaka South City
Corporation.

1. Contract Period:
On January 18, 2023 Between the following parties and into effect from the date singing and valid till
30 June 2025.
2. Govt. VAT and TAX:
GOVT.vat and TAX and other admissible charge are not include are not include on the agreed price
by the both parties. If it is imposed on the bill Govt. or second Party then the Second Party Will not
Add the GOVT. VAT, TAX and others according with their bill.

3. Hire Charge:
Hire Charge of the equipments are mentioned on the above table no.1 and few
4. Price Escalation
If the equipments price increase or decrease from the date of singing, then both first Party and Second
Party will sit together and decide a suitable price.
5. Termination:
Agreement shall be null be null and void after 20 days of handing over the site.
6. If any amendment proposed by either party, the parties may modify the contract after mutual
agreement.
7. Local Interruption:
Second Party keep away from outside people interruption at proposed site and will arrange all aide
fencing of the construction site for protection of unwanted trespassing of outside people to avoid
unsafe matters. Project’s client or department will be handled or maintained by Second Party.

In WITNESS THRE OF, the parties have set their hand into Agreement on the day & years above
written.
