Objective
The objective of this document is to identify, assess and then mitigate potential risks for the
Plant Pals operations launch.

Executive Summary
The operation launch will make sure the plant pal project smoothly goes to action, within the set
budget and resources, and the delivery as well as training are done once it starts to operate.
There are currently two potential risks: 1: the project go over the budget; 2:the training schedule
is not followed or complete.
Below are the details:
