 Introduction:

Frequency Shift Keying FSK is the digital modulation technique in which the

frequency of the carrier signal varies according to the digital signal changes. FSK is a
scheme of frequency modulation.
The output of a FSK modulated wave is high in frequency for a binary High input and is
low in frequency for a binary Low input. The binary 1s and 0s are called Mark and
Space frequencies.
The following image is the diagrammatic representation of FSK modulated waveform
along with its input.

 PURPOSE:

Despite its bandwidth limitations, FSK is still used today in certain situations where
high-reliability transport is needed for low-bandwidth applications. Common use cases
for FSK or close variants include:
 Paging communication systems.
 Caller identification.
 Utility metering.

 Materials:

1. Wires
2. Resistors
3. Oscilloscope
4. AC Sources
5. Pulse Voltage
6. Switch
 Procedure:

 Results:
 Conclusion:
 FSK is usefull in high-frequency Radio transmissions and low-speed Digital
applications while it has a low probability of error and High SNR.
 Simple process to construct the circuit
 Zero amplitude variations
 Supports a high data rate.
