population in Bangladesh in 1947 was 33 percent.

4) Operation Noble Anvil, in 1999, America invaded Serbia in support of Muslim separatists to control Kosovo. The air
strikes lasted from 24 March 1999 to 10 June 1999. The bombings continued until an agreement was reached that led to
the withdrawal of Yugoslav armed forces from Kosovo, and the establishment of the United Nations Interim Administration
Mission in Kosovo, a UN peacekeeping mission in Kosovo. The official NATO operation code name was Operation Allied
Force whereas the United States called it Operation Noble Anvil. Over 164,000 Serbs and 24,000 Roma (Hindus) ethnically
cleansed from Kosovo. On 7 May, the US bombed the Chinese embassy in Belgrade, killing three Chinese journalists and
injuring at least 20. Kosovo’s economy is based on minerals and metals such as lignite, aluminum, chrome, magnesium,
nickel, lead, zinc, gold, and several different construction materials. Kosovo has about 14,700 billion tons of lignite in

initiatives, Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct
Terrorism Act of 2001 (PATRIOT Act), and real torture protocols at Abu Ghraib and Gitmo to combat terrorism, while
promoting the same, e.g., Al Qaida was the child of American Cold War policy to destroy the USSR, and some of the
terrorists had lived in the United States for more than a year and had taken flying lessons at American commercial flight
schools! Some terrorists had slipped into the country in the months before September 11 and acted as the “muscle” in the
operation.
Al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden of Saudi Arabia was the mastermind of the attacks, and Khalid Sheikh Mohammed of
Saudi Arabia was the operational planner and 18 other terrorists from Saudi Arabia who established themselves in the
United States. All 19 Saudi Muslim hijackers died in the attacks. Bush addressed Congress stated, “Our war on terror
begins with al Qaeda [created by the USA to break the USSR], but it does not end there. It will not end until every terrorist
group of global reach has been found, stopped and defeated,” on 20 September 2001, and on 7 October 2001, airstrikes by
the United States and Great Britain are launched in Afghanistan at Taliban and al Qaeda training camps and targets. On
September 17, 2001, President Bush declared Islam was peaceful!

forbidding women to work outside the home, attend school or to leave their homes unless accompanied by a male relative.

7) On February 27, 2002, Godhra

well-coordinated Islamic terrorist attack committed by about 3,000 Muslim terrorists, who were waiting with gasoline to
torch a train full of people, more than 2,000 Hindu women, men, and children, with the intention of burning them alive.
After the scheduled five-minute halt at Godhra, Muslim terrorists pulled the emergency chain causing Sabarmati Express
to stop at a distance of a few hundred yards from the railway station in an area of Muslim housing colonies. About 3,000
Muslims were waiting there who started their usual Islamic stone-pelting, and throwing fireballs at the train breaking the
windows, injuring many passengers and starting fire. In the meantime, some Muslims poured more than 150 liters of

gasoline that they brought in carboys, as planned, into two S6-7 coaches. Rapid fire engulfed both coaches burning alive
59 Hindu women and children in them and many more injured while escaping the Islamic Hellfire. The plan was to
burn the entire train with more than two thousand passengers on February 27, 2002, a terrorist action plan. The Muslim
perpetrators of the terrorist acts received support from Islamofascist jihadi elements operating from Godhra, included some
Congress members of the city government, Tablighi Jamaat and Pakistani Harkat-ul-Mujahideen. Out of about 3,000
Muslim terrorists who burnt alive Hindus, only a few Muslim terrorists were charged named were Haji Bilal, Faroukh
Bhana, Abdul Rehman Ghantia, Salim Abdul Ghaffar Sheikh, Ayub Patalia, Irfan Kalandar, Meboob Popa, Shankat
Patadiya, Siddique Vohra. Ibrahim Dhantiya and Salim Panwala. Some of them escaped to Pakistan.
The entire media ganged up against Hindus with fake news blaming the victims for the riots initiated, instigated and
propagated with fake narrative propaganda by Islamofascist Muslim terrorists who killed first 59 Hindu women and
children, instigated riots, and then killed up to 300 Hindus. But, all Hinduphobic, Islamofascist, Marxist, Indian-variety-
secular, and Hindu cultural genocidal media presented it as Hindu fanaticism and that the riots were perpetrated by Modi
and Hindus, in which “more than 3,000 died, mostly Muslims!”- A blatant lie. This figure was totally fake and atrocities
allegedly committed by Hindus on Muslims were all fake – rampant and blatant victim blaming. In reality, atrocities were
committed by Islamofascist Muslims on Hindus. The real number didn‘t exceed more than 1,000 total death beginning
with brutal demonic Islamic enactment of Hellfire 14 of Quran in real life on Hindu women and children, by burning two
cars with closed doors by more than 3,000 Muslims with the intent to burn the entire train. The burnt alive in the Quranic

Instead of treating it as Islamic terrorist attack committed by 3000 Muslims, which

it was, the world media engaged in victim blaming, peddling fake narratives, and
coddled Muslims who have been killing Hindus and Pagans for the past 1,400

8) In 2003, America invaded Iraq with very obvious fake data presented by Powel
at the United Nations, against the UN resolution, against the entire world, against
the will of people evidenced by massive rallies against the illegal invasion of Iraq
by Anglo-Saxon colonial imperialists in almost in every city in the entire world
including cities in the US; on Feb. 15, 2003, somewhere between 6 million to 11
million people turned out in at least 650 cities around the world to protest the
United States’ push to invade Iraq. It was the largest anti-war protest and remains
the largest one-day global protest the world has ever seen; those protests occurred
as the dark triad of US, Britain and Spain pushed for a second resolution from the United Nations Security Council to
approve an Iraq invasion. Ten days earlier, Colin Powell, then the secretary of state, had made his notorious presentation
outlining the evidence that then-Iraqi President Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction. Powell’s evidence
would later turn out to be entirely false. Due to which I was totally disenchanted with the Manifest Destiny of America to

9) Hindu religious heads like Sri Jagadguru Shankaracharya Jayendra Saraswathi, who is the head of the most ancient more

Christian Mr. Karunanidhi wanted to know why there was a two-month delay in the Acharya's arrest, equating Jagadguru

900 million people are lost in the hopeless darkness of Hinduism. Pray that Hindus who celebrate the festival of lights

12) Many Hollywood movies portray Hinduism and its practices in bad light as part of the Christian agenda to
destroy Hinduism and convert Hindus to Christianity. We watch those movies, enjoy, and fail to see or ignore the
subliminal messaging that Hinduism is the spell of Satan from which Hindus need to be rescued! A couple of examples:
The 1984 movie, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, story is that in 1935, Indiana Jones was tasked by Indian
villagers with reclaiming a rock stolen from them by a secret cult beneath the catacombs of an ancient palace. Now, the
cult was a monkey and man eating cult (Hindu savages that need to be destroyed or converted-civilized), and the hero saved

out and the savage Hindus need to be converted or destroyed. Amrish Puri as a murderous priest of a Kali-worshipping
Thuggee cult (created by the British) and snakes, spiders and monkey brains on the menu, certainly a Brahmin savage! The
priest with the tonsured pate, rumbling voice and piercing gaze pulled beating hearts out of his victims and oversaw an
underground mine where underfed children were put to work. Thank heavens for banning Temple of Doom (1984) in India
at the time of its release because of stereotypical and horrifying, disgusting, nauseating, blatantly racist, culturally
insensitive and ignorant portrayal of brown people being saved by “White Savior” Indiana Jones in their brutish satanic
rituals with human sacrifices and the monkey brains served as “Indian food” at dinner. White people are celebrated for
doing this type of work, even as they ignore the systems that ensure their privilege but oppress those they are pretending to
help by painting them as savages and civilizing them into their own way. White Christian savior-ism, colonialism, and
imperialism demonstrated when Indiana Jones saves the Indians who are portrayed as savages, and destroys Hinduism
branding it as Satan worship, demonic and uncivilized. Rudyard Kipling’s famous poem "The White Man's Burden" (1899)
proposes that the white race is morally obliged to civilize (Abrahamize) the non-white peoples of planet Earth, and to
encourage their progress (economic, social, and cultural) through colonialism and imperialism (rapacious rapist culture of
white people). It epitomizes the narrative of the selfless Western savior spreading ideas of modernization to “savages.”
When non-whites are portrayed as poor, savage, superstitious, and uncivilized, it stands as a justification for Western
culture to come in and save these people from themselves. It’s patronizing, racist and self-glorifying, with a “humanitarian”
defense of the rapacious, rapist, and cultural genocidal motives of Christian imperialism which goes on under the garb of
democratization, civilizing, and enriching “the third world countries” that were created by robbing them with naked greed
and committing cultural and physical genocides until recently, the apparent fall of colonialism and imperialism – only to
change its name – democracy and globalization!
Eyes Wide Shut is a 1999 erotic mystery psychological drama film directed, produced, and co-written by Stanley Kubrick.
It is based on the 1926 novella Traumnovelle (Dream Story) by
Arthur Schnitzler. The interior scenes of the party were shot at
Elveden Hall, a private house in the UK designed to look like an
Indian palace. When the festivities begin, a Tamil song called
Migration plays in the background, adding to the Indian
atmosphere. The original version of the song contained an actual
scriptural recitation of the Srimad Bhagavad Gita, but the chant was
removed in the final version of the movie. This peculiar Indian
atmosphere, combined with the lascivious scenes witnessed by Bill
as he walks around the house, ultimately points towards the most
important, yet most hidden part of the movie: Tantric Yoga and its
Western occultism derivative, Sex Magick.

throughout North & South India. The purpose of English-medium education is the same as that of the British colonialists

Pradesh are mostly converted Christians, but keep their Hindu names and caste certificates as Hindu Dalits for the benefits
provided by the State and Central governments and funds and other freebees., e.g., Christian convert Kancha Ilaiah does
not admit that he is a Christian because of reservations, constitutionally mandated segregation and appeasement policies in
line with the British Criminal Tribes Act of 1871. Kancha Ilaiah and his followers are Brahmin genocidal Islamofascists
and self-righteous arrogant Christian proselytizers. They know that the British and Islamic colonization, rape and plunder,
and laws segregating and creating divisions are responsible for the English caste system imposed on Hindus to destroy

platter with Hindu women and 4.5 million severed heads of Hindu Men: The Waqf Act of 1995 defines Waqf property
as any movable or immovable property which is used for religious or charity purpose under Muslim Law of Sharia. The

Board may itself collect information regarding any property whether a particular property, any property of any trust under
the Indian Trusts Act, or any society registered under the Societies Registration Act, is waqf property or not, after making
such inquiry as it may deem fit, decide the question, and the decision of the Board is final. No court, shall take cognizance
of an offence punishable under this Act 20.
Many more such incidents like riots by Muslims during Hindu festivals killing Hindus, stone pelting, rapes, random killings,
marrying Hindu woman by converting them to Islam so that they can make babies who grow to be good Muslims to kill
Hindus, fake narratives of Muslims raped by Hindus (e.g., Godhra) and peddling them through mass media and tarnish
Hindus and their culture to destroy Hindutva, etc., and learning the true history about Aryan/Dravidian divide created by
the British, Gandhi’s support for Moplah rape and genocide of Hindus, etc. caused me to rethink the “real secularism of
Hindus like me” in light of the Indian secularism (blatant appeasement of Abrahamic cults over Hinduism and its practices)!
I was like most Indians taken for a ride toward our extinction on Indian secularism, like the Jews who were led to the
genocide by their own people like Soros and Christians like Hitler and Himmler, and like frogs that had fun riding a slow
moving poisonous snake 21! Carrying the enemy on the back like a servant, the friendly old serpent destroyed all frogs.
Similarly, “the vicious poisonous serpent of Indian secularism of appeasement of Abrahamic cults that ruled over, looted,
raped, and committed genocide of Hindus for more than a thousand years” has been aiding Abrahamic iconoclasts to
continue the cultural and physical genocide of Hindus. I analyzed the Islamic terrorism and Christian proselytization that
have been going on for the past 1,400 years on Hindus from Kaaba Hindu temple to Indonesia and beyond, and concluded
that Hinduism was an endangered species of human cultures that survived until now, but its days are numbered, while
Hindus are under the spell of Nehru-Gandhiism, “enjoy the rape, don’t fear death, and if all Hindus killed, it will usher in
a new era of peace because satyameva jayate with ahimsa paramodharma in the vasudhaiva kutumbakam where Ishwar
=Allah.”
16) A well planned, time tested, strategy of conversion and cultural and physical genocide by the Abrahamic
Proselytizers. In the Indian continent there have been a steady increase in conversions of “the British created castes and
downtrodden” to Abrahamic iconoclastic and HinduPagan genocidal cults based on Hinduphobic texts. The two major cults
of the world originated in desert have tremendous access to the Indian masses because of the Petro-dollars, USD from
western missionary money, mass media and globalization today. There are no restrictions on conversions, obviously due
to democratic principles of the Indian secular republic, Bhaarat (Abrahamic Secular Republic of Indian Union). Further,
the secular Indian political system has the total control over the Hindu Temples, where as it doesn't have any control over
Christian and Muslim Institutions. For Example, the Andhra Pradesh Government has a secular branch called "Devadaya
Dharmadaya Shakha" that controls temples based on the ACT No.30 OF 1987 that had resulted in total government control
of Hindu Temples and closure of thousands of temples in the state of Andhra Pradesh, interfering in the day-to-day religious
affairs of Hindus, hiring Christians and Muslims to boards of temples, leasing or giving space near temples to Christians
and Muslims instead of Hindu to sell and provide Hindu religious services, dishonoring the sentiments of the Hindu society
and destroying the Hinduism.
17) Gazwa E Hind: The Messenger of Allah said, “There are two groups of my ummah whom Allah will protect from
the Fire: a group who will conquer India, and a group who will be with ‘Eesaa ibn Maryam.” It was narrated that Abu

Hurayrah said, “The Messenger of Allah promised us that we would conquer India, so if I am martyred I will be among
the best of the martyrs, and if I return then I am Abu Hurayrah the freed from Hellfire22.
In the past 2000 years Christianity and Islam had spread to every nook and corner of this world and replaced the local
religions 23. The native cultures, Sanatana Dharma, religions in the Indian continent are grouped under Hinduism/Hindutva
for convenience. The local religions in other parts of the world are called paganism, e.g., ancient Greek and Roman
religions. By the year 2000 only 13% of the world population is the so-called Hindu and there are practically no pagans
left. The 13% of the world population, the so-called Hindu, includes Hindu communists (who hate Hinduism and
Islamofascists), Hindu India-varietys-ecularists (who don’t care for Hinduism, but love other Abrahamic cults), other Hindu
naturalists, Hindu atheists (Hinduphobes, and Islamophiles), Hindu-Christians, Hindu-Muslims and a number different
local religions, British-created-castes and tribes. Hindu-Christians and Hindu-Muslims are those people who are converted
to either Christianity or Islam; pretending to be Hindus, like Kancha Ilaiah, for Dalit benefits, for the government census,
reservations and other political purposes, they are counted as Hindus. Discounting Hindu naturalists, Hindu atheists, Hindu-
Christians, Hindu-Muslims etc., one can assume that more than half of the so-called 13% of the world are not Hindus, but
converted already.
Thus, a dwindling approximately 5% of the 6 billion (Y 2,000)

world population is Hindu. i.e., approximately300 million are
Hindus (nobody can be certain of these numbers, because the
census is totally flawed and there is no other way to figure out)
being culturally exterminated. So, about 95% of the population
of the world is converted to new religions like Christianity,
Islam, atheism, communism, etc., in the past 2000 years. How
long does it take for the remaining approximately 5% of the
unconverted to disappear? May be 100 years, if you don't count
modern technology, colonial media, fake narratives and atrocity
literature, and that 95% is trying to get the remaining with ill-
gotten money of the West and lucky Petrodollars. How long
does it take for the Hindus to disappear, like the pagans of
Europe and remembered as savages based on European Christian
fake narratives of atrocity literature? Because the remaining so-
called Hindus are a group of million religions, tribes and castes,
it is not difficult to convert them to one of the dominant
religions.
With the advent of mass media and globalization, it is easier to

convert the unconverted than ever before. With petrol-dollars
from Arab world and American dollars and Euros from Western
world, the challenge of conversion of poor in India is easier than

ever before. However, the Jewish community survives even after two thousand years of persecution and accounts for 0.2%
of the world population today. Similar to the Jewish community, a non-proselytizing ancient culture that is endangered to
extinction by the onslaught of the very powerful Islam and Christianity, the remaining unconverted Hindus –less than 5%
of the world population, i.e., the unconverted poor Hindus localized mostly in India and Nepal- may withstand the onslaught
of the powerful proselytizing religions and may survive for some time. But, they lack the will of the Jews.
In addition, Hindus are not a religion but a forest of different religions, castes and tribes that fight each other. Further, the
communist, atheist, secular, pseudo-secular forces and global proselytizing forces are joined in destroying the local Hindu
religions. So, soon the Hinduism will perish leaving more archaeological data of destroyed temples and statues like in
Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, etc.
The “Nuclear Islamic Republic of India” will join the Jihad-Crusade conflict, as Islam has established already in a big
way with more than 250 million now (2004), even though Christianity arrived on the shores of Kerala long before, unless
Christianity increases tremendously its overt and covert efforts in enlightening the so-called Hindus to accept Jesus as the
savior and save them from hell. India has been ruled for about 1000 years by a small minority of Muslims and Christians,
and it is not difficult for the “so-called minority Christian and Muslim victims persecuted by “the resistance of Hindus
to be raped, killed and culturally destroyed” to overpower Hindus even today, and as it turns out they are already in
control of Hindu lives, wives, properties, and temples!

Time left for Hinduism until the complete annihilation: 2000/95x5 x 1/F = (105/F) years! F = Technology, Mass &

ancient species and the only surviving culture, but not for long as we are under an illusion of blasphemous “Ishwar=

Caught between the cultural and physical genocidal Gazwa-E-Hind of Caliphate on one side and cultural genocidal, but

SLOW POISONING SNAKE
Once upon a time, there was a village. In the village, there was a dilapidated garden. There lived a serpent. Serpent’s name
was Slow-poison. Over a period of time, Slow-poison became old. His body became weak. Then, he could not move as
fast as he used to. He couldn’t fetch his own food any longer. He lived with difficulty. One day, Slow-poison lied down
on the shore of a lake quietly. He didn’t even move a bit. He stayed still as if he was in penance.
Then, there came a frog. That frog from a distance saw the serpent and thought, “Oh, why is this serpent immobile? Looks
like he is alive. But, why is not moving? I shall ask him!”
After deciding to ask, he stayed far and asked the serpent, “Hello sir, Serpent! Why are you seated thus?” The serpent
didn’t say any answer. The frog asked again, “Hello sir, why are you not searching for food?” Thereupon, the serpent
moved a bit and said, “Go, sir. What is the purpose of listening to my unfortunate story? You go, sir! You go, sir.” The
frog’s curiosity increased. He asked again, “Uncle, tell me your story. Your sadness becomes less.” The serpent refused to
answer. The frog asked again and again.
Finally, the serpent answered, “Once upon a time, I lived in Brahmapuri. There lived a Brahmin. His name was Koundinya.
Koundinya had a son. He was a beautiful, virtuous scholar. When he reached 20-year old, then being a bad character I bit
him. Instantaneously, he died really. Seeing his dead son, Koundinya was very sad. All his relatives came there. They all
talked consolatory words to Koundinya. But, Koundinya’s sadness didn’t quiet down.
Finally, he cursed me in anger, “Hi bad serpent! You bit my innocent son without any reason. From today onwards you
will become the vehicle for frogs.” Afterward, he left for the forest grief-stricken. I came here to fulfill the curse to serve
frogs in a vehicle form.
After listening to the words of the serpent, the frog was very happy. He immediately went to the king of frogs, Webfoot,
and said, “O king! Some cursed serpent came here. He doesn’t eat frogs. He serves frogs in a vehicle form.” Frog King
Webfoot said, “Is that so! Show me the serpent,” and came with the frog to the lakeshore. Seeing the king, the serpent
politely said, “O king! Climb on to my back, sir!” Frog king happily climbed onto the serpent’s back and sat. All other
frogs climbed onto the serpent’s back saying me, me! Afterward, the serpent wandered fast here and there. All frogs were
so very happy.
The next day, all frogs climbed onto the serpent’s back. The serpent started to wander. But, he was moving very slow.
Then, the frog king asked, “Hello Serpent sir! Today, why are you not moving fast? The serpent said, “What can I do
king! Without food, there is no energy in my body! How can I move fast?” King said, “Is that so? Then, eat one of these
frogs! You have my permission!” The serpent said, “As per King’s Order!” and ate a frog. Afterward, when the king was

not around, he ate other frogs. Soon, except the frog king Webfoot, he ate all other frogs. In the end, he ate the king also.

S Gurumurthy, Will the `secular' media heed Justice Reddy's warning?
Disrespect and Humiliation of Hinduism and Priests With The Intent to Commit Cultural Genocide of Hindutva
(The State/Essence of being a Hindu)
In a profound judgment of the Andhra Pradesh High Court on the issue of fake case against Sri Jagadguru Shankaracharya
Jayendra Sarasvati indicted the Marxist Abrahamic secular media. The judgment was effectively censored by the media,
understandably. Sri Shankaracharya was arrested at Mahboobnagar in Andhra Pradesh where he was camping at a textile
mill premises. With his arrest, commenced an unprecedented avalanche of yellow journalism in all media. Two leading
newspapers of Andhra Pradesh published a series of articles linking the acharya's name to the death of two young girls in
the mill premises, some six years back. The media reports were to this effect: ``No action was taken by the police. Relatives
of the management were involved. Also, at the same time, Sri Jagadguru Shankaracharya Jayendra Saraswati came to the
mill and performed pujas and yajnas. There were rumors that the girls were killed as sacrifice. The High Court found the
press clippings of the `secular' media fake narratives as the material basis for the writ plea.
Justice Narasimha Reddy, before whom the petition came up, asked the counsel for the petitioner what was the basis for
referring to Jayendra Saraswati in the writ petition. The counsel apologized and agreed to delete a part of the writ plea.
Still, the court found the acharya's name elsewhere. This forced the petitioner's counsel to further apologize and also ask
for the court's permission to withdraw the petition.
The court did allow him to withdraw the petition, but not before declaring what is `dharma'. But neither the withdrawal of
the writ petition nor how Justice Narasimha Reddy gently and with great dignity reprimanded the media and wisely
counselled them as to their dharma found place in print. Why did the media suppress it? Read on.
Justice Reddy says that the `ònly provocation for the petitioner appears to be the recent unfortunate happenings in relation
to a seer'' of Kanchi mutt. The judge describes the Matt as `àn ancient, prestigious, glorious and reputed institution with
almost 2500 years' history.'' He says that the petitioner was `swayed' by the media and ``did not want to lag behind in the
unprecedented process of denigration of the religious institution.'' That is, the denigrating petition was provoked by the
media.

The judge says further it is ``sad and sorrowful that an institution of such glory that withstood foreign invasions
and social revolutions'' over the past 2500 years `ìs virtually targeted and persecuted in an organized manner in
an independent country.''
Who are all involved in the process of denigration? Justice Reddy answers. ``Not only individuals, but also a section of
the institutions, such as the State and the Press, appears to be determined to belittle and besmirch the Peetham.'' Justice
Reddy also says ``the role of courts, though indirect, is by no means insignificant.''
He notes that ``the proponents of human rights, fair play and dignity to the individuals and institutions have
maintained stoic silence.'' He goes on to say that `à powerful section is celebrating it or watching it with
indifference.'' Justice Reddy says this `perfidy' against the mutt has `shocked' the country and beyond.
The judge says that in every country `certain institutions', like the Kanchi mutt, constitute `their conscience and pride' and
irrespective of the form of government, `they are respected and revered'. What should be done when aberrations occur in
such revered institution? Says the judge, ``Wise and prudent men make all attempts to address them in isolation and
try to protect the institution,'' and unwise and short-sighted men ``protect the system, not the institution.''
By this short-sighted approach in the long run, the society will head toward self-destruction. The situation will be more
serious ``when the targeted institution is the conscious-keeper of the country,'' warned Justice Reddy.
Then Justice Reddy alludes to the sensitive subject of the judiciary itself. He recalls that some time ago, the Chief Justice
of India said that the `reputation' of a `considerable number of judges' is `not above board'. He says that it is à matter of
concern for everyone', but that can never ``constitute a justification to denounce the judiciary as a whole.''
He says, ``the amount of disrepute and sacrilege inflicted upon Sri Jayendra Saraswati, as of now, is so enormous
that it has hardly any comparables,'' adding that ``harshest possible words were used directly or in innuendo''
against him. ``Today he is subjected to similar treatment as was Draupadi in the court of Kauravas.'' The
`ìmportance of spiritual institutions can by no means be underestimated'' in `building and shaping' a `country' or
`society', the judge added. On the expression ``law taking its course'' which has gained considerable currency these
days, Justice Reddy says, ``with due respect, it is not true at least in part.'' For this to be true, says the judge, ``the
prosecuting agency should present the case honestly, the witnesses depose truly, the provisions of the law are clear,
and the adjudicator is efficient and honest.'' If the prosecution depends on the ``whims of the agency or the government
of the day, if the law is framed keeping certain individuals in view, if the witnesses keep changing their versions and if the
adjudicator is not up to expected standards, the law will not take its own course, ''the judge courageously pointed out. ``The
way in which the cases are foisted or withdrawn, particularly with the change of governments,'' and ``the manner
in which the witnesses come forward with conflicting versions'' illustrate why law will not take its own course.
Emphasizing the role of the media in criminal justice, the judge says `ìn recent times, the freedom of the prosecuting
agency and that of the courts in dealing with the cases before them freely and objectively has been substantially eroded by
the overactive and pro-active stances in the presentations made by the print and electronic media. Of late, Justice Reddy
points out, it has assumed dangerous proportions. The freedom of expression is, he says, ``subject to gross misuse.''
Pointing out how the petition against the acharya was a product of press clippings, Justice Reddy says that it
`ìndicates the miserable levels to which the glorious profession of journalism has been brought to.''
At one stage, Justice Reddy says, the court thought of issuing notices to the newspapers and the TV channels. But thinking
that if proper message is conveyed, effective results can be expected, it was not pursued, says the judge. But warned Justice
Reddy, `Ìf they still pursue the same path, the day would21 not be too far when they would be shown their place in the

society.'' Understand why the `secular' media have not spoken a word about Justice Reddy? Because, it would shame them.
That is the reason why. Will the `secular' media heed Justice Reddy's warning, at least in future? Whether it does or not,
Justice Reddy's judgment should be embossed in gold.

that too, after having been forced to open fire in self-defense and in the process killing an activist. The Andhra police was
reluctant to extend any support to the Gujarat police. Otherwise, the supporters (read agent provocateurs of ISI lodged in
Hyderabad's old city) of Naseeruddin could not have snatched him away from the Gujarat police custody for some time.
In the first attempt, Maulana's supporters laid a siege to the Police Commissioner's office and successfully prevented his
deportation to Gujarat. This speaks volumes about the extent of ISI network in Hyderabad city which could organize a
motivated crowd of thousands within minutes.
State government rolled a red-carpet welcome, in the name of peace talks, to the hardcore Naxal leaders on whose heads
there were rewards of lakhs of rupees, what happened to the rule of law? If an ordinary criminal surfaces like the Naxal
leaders, will the rule of law permit the government to extend five-star hospitality?
When some of the sants met Dr Reddy in connection with the arrest of Kanchi seer, he is reported to have said that
everybody is equal before the law and law must take its own course. This is not just Reddy's stand alone and he was only
adding to the chorus of other politicians and political parties. They are quite right. Rule of law must prevail in a democracy
and only then democracy can be alive and kicking. But all these politicians owe an explanation to the people as to why
some were considered more equal before law and why law did not take its course in many cases.
Let us take the case of actor Nandamuri Balakrishna, son of late thespian N.T. Rama Rao. He allegedly shot at his producer
and his associate and critically injured them. Was the state police allowed to interrogate him in custody even for an hour?
He was completely shielded by the powers that be and the medical profession, much against the medical ethics. All sorts
of alibis were created to prevent the police from going anywhere near him. The Andhra Pradesh State administration
collaborated with the medical fraternity to ensure that the police was denied access. … The police was also prevented
from interrogating the actor because the latter was under acute stress!

equal before law. They are more equal before law.
Those who were implicated in the Tehelka scam were dropped and then taken back into the cabinet citing people's verdict.
Now the new law as people's verdict can neutralize everything else, including the much-touted rule of law. Others have to
be strictly equal before law. Politicians are the only exception before the rule of law.

The discovery that North Korea has been secretly enriching uranium for the nuclear weapons program it promised to freeze
in 1994 demonstrates the dangers of putting faith in a confirmed and practiced liar. So does the news that Pakistan provided
the nuclear technology and perhaps uranium to Kim Jong Il's regime.
Pakistan's role as a clandestine supplier shatters the Bush administration's efforts to paint that country as a flawed but well-
meaning member of the coalition against terror. Pakistan today is the most dangerous place on Earth, in large part because
the administration does not understand the forces it is dealing with there and has no policy to contain them.
Pervez Musharraf's Pakistan is a base from which nuclear technology, fundamentalist terrorism and life-destroying heroin
are spread around the globe. American and French citizens 26and Christians of any nationality, including Pakistani, are

indiscriminately slaughtered by fanatics as occasion arises. This nuclear-armed country is in part ungoverned, in part
ungovernable.
The Bush administration's response is to protect both the life and reputation of President-for-life Musharraf and pretend
that he is moving toward democracy. Huge amounts of American aid pour into Pakistan -- even as Washington's ability to
monitor how that money is spent or stolen declines sharply.
This response pushes toward a disaster that Bush officials -- and a Congress that has been negligent to cowardly in
exercising oversight on Pakistan -- will one day protest that they could not have seen coming. The truth will be that they
ignored warnings that were in plain sight, as the first Bush administration did on Iraq's Saddam Hussein.
The second Bush administration sees the dangers that "axis of evil" members Iraq and North Korea pose. It is fashioning
considered, realistic responses to those dangers. But it seems paralyzed by the perceived need to secure Musharraf's help
in fighting al Qaeda and stabilizing Afghanistan. Official Washington will not even tell the truth to or about Musharraf,
much less hold him accountable for his lies and subterfuge.
U.S. policy today amounts to giving money to Pakistan, which agrees to take it. This is a country where American
diplomats are limited to one-year tours and not allowed to bring dependents. Nongovernmental organizations that normally
would help the U.S. Agency for International Development gauge how aid money is being spent have closed down out of
fear. The remaining AID personnel would take their lives in their hands by insisting on effective monitoring.
Elections rigged by Musharraf in his favor this month were praised extravagantly by State Department spokesman Richard
Boucher as "an important milestone in the ongoing transition to democracy." That praise cannot be applied to the process
or to the outcome, which gave new prominence to a fundamentalist Islamic coalition that promptly said it would seek to
ban coeducation.
Rewards rule in all areas: The sanctions on U.S.-Pakistani military-to-military cooperation imposed in 1998 after Pakistan's
nuclear tests were personally lifted last week by Central Command's Gen. Tommy Franks, who attended a joint exercise
involving a grand total of 330 troops.
This came on Oct. 17, as David Sanger of the New York Times led the way in identifying Pakistan as the source of North
Korea's uranium-enrichment process. A secret barter arrangement was suspected during the Clinton administration. It
continued after Musharraf came to power in 1999 and was finally confirmed last summer, U.S. officials report.
Pyongyang sent missiles and missile technology to Islamabad in return for nuclear technology. There are strong indications
that both nations have helped Iran develop nuclear and missile programs as well.
Asked about Pakistan's supplier role, Secretary of State Colin Powell said on television last Sunday that Musharraf had
promised him that Pakistan was not engaged in this trade now. Powell then refused to talk about Pakistan's past role and
would not even explain his silence on it.
Talking about the past would have exposed Musharraf's pattern of lies and evasions, which Powell has increasingly
tolerated and covered for as they have become more flagrant. The secretary knows Musharraf lied publicly when giving
pledges last spring to end cross-border terrorism -- pledges he has broken. Musharraf even lied about whether President
Bush had talked to him about that subject in a September meeting in New York.
The past provides no reason to hope that Musharraf is telling the truth about not helping North Korea now, either. He has
paid no price for lying to Powell about ending terrorism in Kashmir or about cooperating fully in crushing al Qaeda. The
only consequences for duplicity have been rewards and protection. Why in the world would he suddenly change an
approach that is working on every level for him? 27

India is placed in the league of evil nations (based on fake narratives made up by America/British colonialism)
Washington, October 1st: In an attempt to place India in the league of evil countries (along with the axis of evil - Iran,
North Korea and Iraq) and to prepare the world for a preemptive attack on India under the new Bush doctrine under the
pretext of protecting Abrahamic religions, the United States Commission of International Religious Freedom (USCIRF)
has recommended that the U.S. Secretary of State, Colin Powell, designate India, along with others, as ``Countries of
Particular Concern'' under the International Religious Freedom Act of 1998. This is the first time that the Commission has
asked the Secretary of State to designate India, along with Pakistan and Vietnam, as Countries of Particular Concern. A
total of 12 countries, including Iran, Iraq, China, North Korea and Sudan, are in this list. In a damning indictment, the
Commission argued that despite India's democratic traditions, religious minorities had periodically been subjected to severe
violence, including mass killings. ``Those responsible for the violence were rarely ever held to account." The Commission,
in its section on India, was specific in saying that it was becoming increasingly clear that `àn increase in such violence
has coincided with the rise in political influence of groups associated with the Sangh Parivar, a collection of Hindu
extremist nationalist organization that views non-Hindus as foreign to India and hence deserving of attack''
The commission forgot to mention that the communal violence, in which hundreds of Hindus died, started when a mob of
Muslim terrorists attacked and burned to death 60 innocent Hindu women and chilren. It also forgot that under the
leadership of Rajiv Gandhi 3000 Sikhs wer murdered by Congress supportes. Sonia Gandhi, an italian christian widow of
Rajiv Gandhi, is now leading the opposition party, The commission didn't even mention the more than twenty years of
Islamic terrorism sponsored by Pakistan and its allies that resulted in the genocide of Hindus in Kashmir. The commission
alsoforgot to mention that Osama bin Laden's rise to prominence was the result of Pakistan's radicalisation rather than of
the situation in the Middle East (see below, MJ Akbar) or the mandate given to him by Pakistan's ISI (Inter-Services
Intelligence) to create a mobile Islamic strike force that could hit a target anywhere in the world (see above) or that Islamic
Jihad was an instrument used by US to fight evil communist USSR or that in the past 50 years the Hindu population in
Pakistan was reduced from 15% to 1% or that Pakistan is the bordering state of Gujarat or that Pakistani infiltration of
terrorists across the borders didn't stop even as a million strong army is standing eyeball to eyeball on the line of control
between Pakistan Occupied Kashmir and Indian Kashmir, while on October 1st as many as 27 attacks by Islamic militants
took place in Jammu and Kashmir in which at least 16 persons were killed and many injured.
The Commission on International Religious Freedom (of Abrahamic religions to proselytize and prosper) is an independent
federal agency that advises the administration and Congress on matters pertaining to religious freedom. The Countries of
Particular Concern are those that have engaged in or tolerated severe violations of religious freedom. Under the law, the
President must take specific actions, ranging from diplomatic demarche to economic sanctions, against countries
designated as such. The International Religious Freedom Act of 1998 ``requires the United States of America, the super
power founded on the Judeo-Christian principles, to oppose these egregious and systematic violations (against Christians,
Jews and Muslims), whether the government itself commits them or tolerates them. We hope to see actions commensurate
with the severity of these abuses,'' said the Commission Chair, Felice Gaer. US has no choice but to impose sanctions on
India and maintain the sanctions until India proves to the United States of America and to the world that she is capable of
protecting Muslims and Christians.

For its sheer magnitude in scope and death toll, coupled with its intention to exterminate entire Hindu communities, the
Islamic campaign against Hindus (the infidel), which was never fully called off since the first naval invasion in 636 CE,
can without exaggeration be termed genocide. To quote Will Durant's famous line: "The Islamic conquest of India is
probably the bloodiest story in history. It is a discouraging tale, for its evident moral is that civilization is a precious good,
whose delicate complex of order and freedom, culture and peace, can at any moment be overthrown by barbarians invading
from without or multiplying within." (Story of Civilization, vol.1, Our Oriental Heritage, New York 1972, p.459)
Fernand Braudel wrote in A History of Civilizations (Penguin 1988/1963, p.232-236), Islamic rule in India as a "colonial
experiment" was "extremely violent", and "the Muslims could not rule the country except by systematic terror. Cruelty
was the norm -- burnings, summary executions, crucifixions or impalements, inventive tortures. Hindu temples were
destroyed to make way for mosques. On occasion there were forced conversions. If ever there were an uprising, it was
instantly and savagely repressed: houses were burned, the countryside was laid waste, men were slaughtered and women
were taken as slaves."
Bengali Hindus suffered extermination in East Bengal in 1971, when the Pakistani Army killed about 3 million people,
with Bengali Hindus as their most wanted target. This fact is strictly ignored in most writing about Hindu-Muslim relations,
in spite (or rather because) of its serious implication that even the lowest estimate of the Hindu death toll in 1971 makes
Hindus by far the most numerous victims of Hindu-Muslim violence in the post-colonial period. It is significant that no
serious count or religion-wise breakdown of the death toll has been attempted: the Indian, Pakistani and Bangladeshi ruling
classes all agree that this would feed Hindu grievances against Muslims. Nandan Vyas ("Hindu Genocide in East
Pakistan", Young India, January 1995) has argued convincingly that the number of Hindu victims in the 1971 genocide
was approximately 2.4 million, or about 80%. In comparing the population figures for 1961 and 1971, and taking the
observed natural growth rhythm into account, Vyas finds that the Hindu population has remained stable at 9.5 million
when it should have increased to nearly 13 million (13.23 million if the same growth rhythm were assumed for Hindus as
for Muslims). Of the missing 3.5 million people (if not more), 1.1 million can be explained: it is the number of Hindu
refugees settled in India prior to the genocide. The Hindu refugees at the time of the genocide, about 8 million, all went
back after the ordeal, partly because the Indian government forced them to it, partly because the new state of Bangladesh
was conceived as a secular state; the trickle of Hindu refugees into India only resumed in 1974, when the first steps towards
islamization of the polity were taken. This leaves 2.4 million missing Hindus to be explained. Taking into account a number
of Hindu children born to refugees in India rather than in Bangladesh, and a possible settlement of 1971 refugees in India,
it is fair to estimate the disappeared Hindus at about 2 million.
M J Akbar dispels myths about jehad , Zarine Nandan (Indo-Asian News Service)
New York, September 21: Jehad , or holy war, is not an invitation to kill but, contrary to what most think, an invitation
to die, said eminent journalist M J Akbar at the launch of his book on Islam here.
Akbar launched the American publication of his treatise, The Shade of Swords, Jihad and the Conflict between Islam
and Christianity , with an exposition on the history of jehad , which dispelled many myths and misconceptions about it.
He said Islam was more misunderstood than understood, and the most misunderstood part of Islam was the concept of
(real) jehad . Terrorism was not permitted in jehad, and anyone who mixed the two was completely wrong.
Akbar told the audience, among who were India's External Affairs Minister Yashwant Sinha, and eminent American
journalist Abe Rosenthal, that the rules of (real) jehad, as laid
29 down by the first khalifs, were exemplary.

Some of those rules were: (real) jehadis must not kill old men, women and children; and jehadis must not mutilate a
body or betray a trust.
Akbar, took listeners on a journey through time and continents, from the beginnings of Islam through the wars of the
Crusades to present-day Pakistan and the rise of the Taliban.
Reading extracts from the book at the launch this week, Akbar analysed the emergence of Pakistan as a haven of
fundamentalism and terrorism.
He said it was an extraordinary paradox that US President George W. Bush, who did not even know Pakistani President
Pervez Musharraf's name during the presidential campaign, now mentions him all the time.
The process of fundamentalism in Pakistan began under late military ruler Zia-ul Haq who, at the same time as he was
encouraging a vendetta against Christians, was also cultivating the Americans, Akbar said.
The Taliban's goal had always been to take over Islamabad after Kabul, but the Western countries did not realise that
agenda.
Osama bin Laden's rise to prominence was the result of Pakistan's radicalisation rather than of the situation in the Middle
East, Akbar said. The mandate given to him by Pakistan's ISI (Inter-Services Intelligence) was to create a mobile Islamic
strike force that could hit a target anywhere in the world.
Even so, Akbar did not regard bin Laden as a definitive figure within Islam, but more as the creation of the political
crisis from which he had emerged.
"All Muslims live in two dimensions: one is the circle of nationalism, the other a circle of brotherhood ... in an age of
despair, the need for a hero who could inspire pan-Islamic victories becomes acute.
"There is no such hero on the horizon now. Despair can become a breeding ground for mavericks who believe in
themselves and their version of the faith."
Akbar suggested that the loss of Afghanistan was as irrelevant to the Taliban as it was to Al Qaeda. The Taliban, Al
Qaeda and other organisations with a similar dream could survive without a government, or even a country, because their
recruitment was done in the mind.
"You cannot fight a battle in the mind only with special forces and cruise missiles," he said. As a Pakistani fighter in
Afghanistan had told him: "Defeat is only a setback in the holy war. The (terrorist) jehad goes on," said Akbar, who was
interviewed by National Public Radio and C-Span.

For its sheer magnitude in scope and death toll, coupled with its intention to exterminate entire Hindu communities, the
Islamic campaign against Hindus (the infidel), which was never fully called off since the first naval invasion in 636 CE,
can without exaggeration be termed genocide. To quote Will Durant's famous line: "The Islamic conquest of India is

According to Pakistani reports, so far 80,000 people (mostly Pandits and other Hindu Tribes) died in Kashmir due to
Islamic terrorism . 400,000 Kashmiri Pandits (Hindus), of the Kashmir Valley, were forcibly pushed out of the Valley by
Muslim terrorists, trained in Pakistan, since the end of 1989. They have been forced to live the life of exiles outside their
homeland, by unleashing a systematic campaign of terror, murder, rape, loot and arson. Genocide of Kashmiri Pandits has
reached its climax with Muslim terrorism succeeding in 'ETHNIC CLEANSING' the valley of this ancient Pandit (HINDU)
community . The Jammu and Kashmir Government and Government of India have failed squarely to protect the Kashmiri
Pandits against Islamic terrorism, largely because Indian secularism is supposed to protect Muslims only at all times. Any

would be thus be politically and economically more secure, while only six per cent want to be Pakistani citizens, according
to a recent opinion poll. A large number of them (33 per cent) 31are indecisive. The poll was conducted by Facts Worldwide,

Mori’s affiliate company in India. A whopping majority of 86 per cent want an end to militancy and infiltration of militants

Marshal Mohammad Fahim, Afghanistan’s Defence Minister, said. The al Qaeda threat is far from over, Fahim told The

against India during the Kargil war in 1999, the Sunday Times reported on Sunday quoting a senior White House adviser

descent into full—scale conflict, with a danger of nuclear cataclysm". They were also concerned about Osama Bin Laden's

superiority through delivery of the Mirage-2000...As far as Pakistan is considered, a preliminary assessment issued this
weekend would indicate that Pakistan is henceforth high on the list of the risk-countries in which French citizens are being
asked not to travel....Also on the initial list is Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Afghanistan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Georgia,
Chechnya, Colombia, Chad, Liberia, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Rwanda and Somalia... The suspected suicide-
bomb blast in Karachi was the work of the Islamic extremists and came from a number of domestic Pakistani elements.
This was stated by one of the France's leading specialists on Pakistan and an expert on terrorism, Christophe Jaffrelote. "I
think it improbable that India would be directly behind Wednesday morning's attack. For the simple reason that in my
estimation, its secret services are incapable of undertaking such a (terrorist) action, as they don't yet have the appropriate
infrastructure that undertaking this sort of sabotage action requires," notes Christophe Jaffrelote.

of Islamic fundamentalism” and has accused it of having added a new dimension to State sponsored terrorism in the form
of low intensity conflict. The report which was released here on Monday says that Pakistan has all along been the primary
source of supply of arms and ammunitions to Kashmiri Militants and is continuing with its policy of sponsoring terrorism
in other parts of India too (such as Gujarat).

The training camps, as many as one hundred of them, are back in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir [call it what you will]. India
believes that up to three thousand 'volunteers' are being instructed in the finer details of their chosen craft in these outposts.
Next, there have been reports coming out of Pakistan that General Musharraf struck a devil's bargain with some militant
outfits before that farcical referendum. [These allegations have been made by Pakistanis and independent Western
journalists, not Indians.] It seems that three of every four militants who were imprisoned following American pressure
have been released. General Musharraf is in a much better position to ward off Indian retaliation in some ways than he was
in December. He has had time to mend fences with some of the militant groups, if not all of them. He has had time to
ensure that his troops have taken their base positions. He has given the militants enough breathing space until the snow
melted in the Himalayan passes. What has India gained? Nothing much. A soldier's comment sums up the mood rather
well. "Previously, they [the Pakistani Muslim terrorists] used to attack us directly. Now that we are posted at the border
in full strength, they are making a target of our wives and children instead." -T V R Shenoy
Eyeball to Eyeball, and Blinking in Denial: During the Kargil war, which ended with Pakistan's ignominious withdrawal,
American intelligence officials concluded that Pakistan had taken steps to prepare its nuclear weapons for possible use,
according to an essay by Bruce Riedel, a special assistant to President Bill Clinton, published by the Center for the
Advanced Study of India at the University of Pennsylvania.
Reacting to the charges that Islamabad had moved its nuclear missiles near the border "That Pakistan ever moved any
nuclear asset or deployed its missiles is baseless, absolutely baseless."...."this is extremely dangerous and a very serious
escalation, an extremely serious escalation. The international community must take note of this because you can't
distinguish what is conventional and what is unconventional," Musharraf told the CNN. "If war is imposed," he vowed,
"a Muslim is not afraid and does not retreat, but with the cry of Allah o-Akbar he jumps into the war to fight." Gen. Pervez
Musharraf, recently told Der Speigel that if Pakistan's survival as a nation were threatened, "then it would be a case of: in
extreme emergency, even the atomic bomb."
There are 600,000 Muslims of Pakistani-Kashmiri origin in Britain, most from the area under Pakistani control. Pakistan-
based Kashmiri terrorist groups are being funded to the tune of £ 5 million a year by British Muslims, The Sunday

Britain has categorically said it "accepts there is a clear link between (Pakistan’s) Inter-Services Intelligence directorate
and groups" such as Lashkar-e Taiba, Jash-e Mohammed and Harkat-ul Mujahideen. In a hard-hitting statement to the

SRINAGAR, DEC 5, 2004: Nine soldiers and four militants were among the 15 persons killed in various incidents across
the Valley on Sunday. Sources said that militants triggered an IED explosion at Naina-Batpora in Pulwam district late on
Saturday night when an army posse was on the move in the area. The blast caused the death of nine soldiers, one policeman
and a civilian. Sources said that a Major was among the slain troopers.
SRINAGAR, NOV. 14, 2004 . Militants dressed in Army fatigue killed three police constables keeping vigil at a minority
community guard post at Nadimarg in Pulwama district, official sources here said today. The sources said the militants
called out the constables on the pretext of exchanging pleasantries last night and when the policemen showed up, the
militants shot them dead and decamped with their rifles.
HYDERABAD, NOV. 14, 2004. The Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh, today said the people of Jammu and Kashmir
had suffered a great deal due to militancy during the past decade and a half and that it was time to heal their wounds.
SRINAGAR, AUG. 5 2004. In the second major attack on a Central Reserve Police Force post in less than a week, a
militant stormed a camp last night in the posh Rajbagh locality killing nine security personnel, including an Assistant
Commandant, and injuring 11 others before he was shot dead.
SRINAGAR, JULY 28. Five CRPF personnel were killed and two seriously injured when two militants made a suicide
attack on a hotel in the Dal Lake here. After a night-long gun-battle, which began around 8.40 p.m. yesterday, the militants

SRINAGAR, July 9, 2004, Dawn: Seven people were killed in Indian Kashmir, as troops tightened security for an annual
Hindu pilgrimage, police said on Friday. Three freedom fighters (Muslim terrorists) and an Indian army officer (Muslim
or Hindu?) died in an overnight clash near the town of Bandipora, 60 kilometres north of Srinagar, a police spokesman
said. He said the three belonged to the Al Fateh organization. Two more freedom fighters (Islamic terrrorists) and a civilian
(Hindu or Muslim?) were killed in three separate clashes between Indian troops and Mujahideen in Kupwara district in the
north, and Doda and Poonch districts in south, he added. -AFP
SRINAGAR, INDIA, July 6, 2004, Tribune: Kashmir's oldest school burned down Monday, with the fire destroying one
of the world's oldest copies of the Koran and thousands of other rare Islamic texts. The arson attack was carried out by
Islamic militants targeting moderate Muslim leaders. The destruction shocked many in the disputed Himalayan territory
of Kashmir, with the loss of the 105-year-old Islamia Higher Secondary School--where some of the region's most
prominent figures studied--and its 30,000-book library.

(Hindu) have died in separate incidents in Indian Kashmir, government officials said....Later in the day, 23 more people
were wounded, including four Indian security personnel, when 34 suspected separatist fighters (Muslim terrorists) tossed a

hand grenade at a passing military vehicle in Anantnag, 55km south of Srinagar. A second grenade attack killed one police
officer and wounded another at Mardha, a remote village in Poonch district, which lies close to the de facto border that
splits Kashmir between Indian and Pakistani control.
Jammu, June 26, 2004 (PTI): In a major strike, militants shot dead 12 people (Hindus) -- 10 members of a village defence
committee, a woman and her child-- and injured four others in a village in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.
LOWER MUNDA (SOUTH KASHMIR), MAY 23, 2004. In a major attack, militants detonated a powerful improvised
explosive device (IED) when a Border Security Force (BSF) convoy was passing through the Srinagar-Jammu national
highway, killing 28 persons — all of them jawans and their family members — this morning. The dead include 15 soldiers,
six women and four children.

dead the head of the military operations of the Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammad, Qari Mohammed Asif, codenamed
Sehrai Baba, and four other top militants of the outfit in an encounter in Kupwara district

Security Force were injured and 14 of them are in a critical condition when militants exploded a grenade in a crowded
market in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir today.

Kashmir valley during the last 24 hours across.
JAMMU, Oct 21: Six of a marriage party were massacred at Pul Doda area near Domail in district Doda late this evening.
Reports said that a group of six militants wearing army dresses opened indiscriminate firing on a house of Mohd Abbas
where the marriage was going on late this evening at Pul Doda.

began easing tensions over the region in April, in a pre-dawn suicide attack on Saturday, two terrorists pierced the heavily-
guarded Sanjuwan Army camp on the outskirts of Jammu city and killed 12 Army personnel. Seven persons, including a
Lieutenant, were injured. The attack came as President Abdul Kalam was on an official visit to troubled Jammu and
Kashmir state, the first by a president in several years. President A. P. J. Abdul Kalam was hundreds of miles away from
the site of the attack and was in no danger. But it occurred only a few miles from the site of a May 2002 suicide strike on
army barracks that killed 34 soldiers and family members, infuriating (helpless) Indian officials. Senior American
diplomats have applauded the recent new peace initiative by Vajpayee and repeatedly visited the region since last year's
war scare. Turning the other cheek is not one of President Bush's best-known traits. But he is ready to forgive a lot in the
case of Pakistan, where a skillful political alchemist is transforming a record of failure, extremism and betrayal into gold
from the U.S. Treasury. After all, Musharraf proved at Camp David that having some terrorists around to pursue buys a
lot of forgiveness.

of the Pakistan President, Pervez Musharraf's statement that terrorist training camps, if any, would be gone "by tomorrow",

eventually resolve all issues,'' Armitage told reporters. `Ìt's a long trip to when we get there and I just hope we've begun

pressing Pakistan is concerned.
Associated Press, SRINAGAR, April 30, 2003 -- Indian troops raided a base of Islamic militants in Kashmir, sparking a
firefight that lasted more than five hours and resulted in 17 deaths. The battle, which came a day after the prime ministers
of India and Pakistan held a brief conversation by telephone to discuss resuming a dialogue, resulted in the deaths of 11 of
the suspected militants and six Indian soldiers.

a gunfight with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir, an official spokesman said here on Sunday. Elsewhere in the
Kashmir Valley, a special police officer was among three persons killed.
NY Times, NEW DELHI, April 4 — The police in the northeastern Indian state of Assam found the bodies of 26 villagers
late Thursday who had been abducted and apparently executed by militants from a rival tribe. Around 30 villagers from
the hilly Cachar region in the south of the state had been kidnapped on Tuesday, and several are still missing. Those found
Thursday had bullet wounds from automatic weapons, and their hands had been tied behind their backs, according to police
reports. The victims were members of the Dimasa tribe, one of many separatist groups in India's isolated northeast, which
has been battling for years for a homeland or autonomous region. Fighting among the complex stew of insurgencies has
claimed more than 400 lives, mostly among militants, in Assam in the past year. Police officials told Reuters they suspected
that the killings were carried out by the Hmar People's Conference, which has been fighting for an autonomous region for
the Hmar tribe. (Majority of the tribal population has adopted Christianity).
The Hindu, NADIMARG (South Kashmir) MARCH 24. In a gruesome incident that dealt a severe blow to the "healing
touch" policy of the five-month-old Mufti Mohammad Sayeed Government in Jammu and Kashmir, heavily-armed Islamic
militants mowed down 24 members of 11 Kashmiri Pandit families in Nadimarg village, 65 km from Srinagar, around
2.30 a.m. on Monday. The dead included 11 women and two children. The Muslim militants asked the villagers to line up
for an identification parade on a lawn before opening indiscriminate fire from automatic weapons killing 24 persons on
the spot.
The Hindu, Jammu March 22. Two BSF jawans were killed when Islamic militants ambushed a patrol party at Pindi Jamola
in Kalalkas area in Rajouri district of Jammu on Friday. They were identified as Koushal Chandra and Subash Chandra.
Two ultras were gunned down by the security personnel.

the bodies of two of the four policemen abducted by the militants from Sumb Nullah, near the site of the attack, this
morning. The Islamic militants had slit the throats of Head Constable Nissar Ahmed and Special Police Officer Sher
Mohammad. The other two managed to escape.

involvement of Simi and Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammad has been found in recent bomb blasts in Mumbai, Deputy
Prime Minister L K Advani said here on Sunday.

main city on Saturday as anti-poll violence increased ahead of the second round of a state elections. Rebels lobbed grenades
and forced their way into the police housing colony, home to hundreds of police families, killing at least two policemen.
More than 460 people have died since plans for a four-stage election were announced on August 2.

unidentified gunmen here today. A founder executive committee member of the 23-party Hurriyat, Mr. Lone had been a
critic of `jehadi' and foreign (Pakistan) mercenaries. He, along 39 with Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, recently held talks with the

leaders of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) in Sharjah, which created a controversy and led to some differences within
the grouping. Incidentally, he returned to Kashmir only last weekend after a month-long tour of the United States.

region on Sunday. The attack came less than a week after a raid by freedom fighters on an army camp in occupied Kashmir
killed 31 people, many of them wives and children of soldiers. The three freedom fighters were also killed.... Pakistan has

Government to "stop the current policy of short-sighted adventurism and instead engage the Musharraf administration in
a serious bilateral dialogue (and give up Kashmir and possibly other parts whenever Pakistan asks for them)''. The CPI(M)
politburo, member S. Ramachandran Pillai, said the party was unable to understand the "rationale" behind the move.
BRUSSELS MAY 18. The European Parliament has passed a resolution saying that it is appalled by the sectarian violence
in Gujarat, which has claimed more than 900 lives (of which approximately 50% are Hindus). (No resolution so far on
Islamic militancy that caused 80,000 deaths in Kashmir). A prominent British member of the European Parliament, Charles
Tannock, said, "No system of government is perfect, but since the (Indian) Army was called in, already some 30,000 arrests
have been made with 80 per cent of those arrested being Hindus.40 It is also significant that the violence did not spread to

other parts of India, while large areas of Gujarat remain calm." "We should not forget that India is currently reeling under
a series of atrocious terrorist attacks by Islamist `jehadi' extremists, more recently the killing of 30 people, including
women and children on the outskirts of Jammu," an attack which made the dangerous threat of war more likely between
the nuclear-armed India and Pakistan. "The international community must urgently do everything possible to prevent any
further escalation of violence which might threaten global peace," Dr. Tannock said.

terrorist killings in Jammu in the backdrop, India today said it would continue to position its forces along the Indo-Pakistani

New Delhi-Patna Shramjeevi Express train derailed near the Khetasarai station in Jaunpur district of Uttar Pradesh early
this morning. The train had 24 coaches in all. The Railway Board chairman, I.I.M.S. Rana, who inspected the site, said
there were several indicators which firmly pointed to sabotage. First, he said, the fishplates were removed from the tracks
but the bolts that tighten the plates were not damaged. Secondly, one of the tracks was found lying two metres away from
the railway line, Mr. Rana said. New Delhi May 12. Aftab Ansari, the alleged mastermind of the Kolkata American Center
attack, has revealed he was closely associated with Saeed Omar Sheikh, prime accused in the U.S. journalist, Daniel Pearl
kidnap-cum-murder case, and that the latter had provided him `àll kinds of support'' for his activities. Disclosing the
nexus between Pakistan-based terrorists and the Indian underworld, Ansari also told his interrogators that the January 22
attack was undertaken because the Lashker-e-Taiba wanted to take revenge against the U.S. and he wanted to avenge the

The U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for South Asia, Christina Rocca, will be visiting India and Pakistan as a part of U.S.
efforts to reduce tensions between the two South Asian nations. Pakistan might have urged the U.S. to show grater activism,
citing the possibility of a clash with India. Reflecting the thinking within the Pakistan Army's top brass, the chief of
Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence, Ehsanul Haq, reportedly told the Pakistani formation commanders who met recently
in Rawalpindi that the risk of a conflict with India was now at an "all-time high.'' Incidentally, the visit of the U.S. Secretary
of State, Colin Powell, to India in January was also influenced by intelligence inputs from Pakistan suggesting an
"imminent Indian attack," based on its information that a strike corps of the Indian Army had been re-positioned, sources

Thursday night, had plans to target VVIPs and industrial interests in the capital and were operating under a changed name
of Tehreek-e-bin Zaid, police said on Friday. The terrorists, from whose possession fake I-cards of some unknown
organisation - Human Rights Commission - were recovered, also planned to rope in Muslim youth of Gujarat into
militancy, as they apparently visualised the state as a "fertile ground" for recruitment into terrorist organisations in view

The Mouths that Recited Vedas are Grieving
“Brahmins played an extraordinary role in the spread of knowledge and vitalizing the Indian society for millennia.
Recently, in the freedom movement and national revitalization movements they proved their merit by playing their
traditional role as usual. The Brahmins whose goals have been the enlightenment and prosperity of the society are leaving
mainstream social, political and economic fields nowadays. Having merit is not enough to garner the positions in various

fields and seats in schools in today’s society blighted with reservations and quotas. It is high time they raise their voice
against the injustice and get together to fight by blowing the conch of awakening (clarion call),” says Parusuram.
Brahmins lost their traditional jobs such as karaneekam (clerk/accountant) and agraharas (land endowments). (It should be
noted that Brahmins are not the priests in every temple. Temples like mutyalamma, poleramma, mahankali etc., where
animal sacrifices are a norm, Brahmins are not priests. Further, only members of a few sects of Brahmins traditionally
practice pourohityam (priesthood) and the rest are in various intellectual and non-intellectual avocations, which have dried
up for Brahmins today.) Those Brahmins who are still in the field of pourohityam are also in trouble. These Brahmin
priests are ridiculed and made fun of their traditions and practices (such as vegetarianism) and have become isolated.
Poverty stricken Brahmins are unable to send their kids to schools and feed them properly. Brahmins, once considered a
class at the top of the society, are now a new backward class. Their social status evaporated, but their pride didn’t. They
still talk about their past greatness and sagacity that they managed to make bitter foes into friends and forced goats and
tigers to drink water from the same pond as great Brahmin Chanakya did with Chanakya neeti (political acumen).
However, it is high time that they realize that dwelling in the past is not going to help them. They must come together and
fight against the discrimination in every field in the modern Indian society. Brahmana Sadassu (Brahmin society) is calling
on all Brahmins to wake up and fight the injustice today. Brahmins should put aside their tribal differences among the
plethora of Brahmin tribes and sects to come together as one Brahmin family to fight for justice and their due share in the
society.

after the independence, they maintained good positions in various fields. However, within a few decades they lost their
prominence. Their role and participation slowly dwindled down in every aspect of power structure. They lost completely
in political arena. Brahmins, who influenced and organized infinite numbers of people into action by pouring all their
energies and efforts, now have no place and role in the society. Almost all castes and tribes have become active and are
fighting for their due share in the society and are succeeding. However, Brahmins are loosing in this fight for survival and
soon will become extinct. Everybody recognizes that violence, crime and retaliation has become a norm of the life in
politics and Brahmins whose fundamental goal has been peace and prosperity of the society are leaving social, political
and economic fields. Everyone agrees that the culture of money power is dancing demonically in these fields and
Brahmins are loosing in this game. Due to quotas and reservations, even meritorious Brahmins are loosing in all aspects.
The Brahmin disappearance from the prominence from the society will be quite evident if one considers the statistics of
1933, 1947 and 1975. For many Brahmins the hereditary vocations became compulsory for survival. But, in this modern
society those vocations have no place. As a result Brahmins are migrating to cities for survival. They sold all their lands
in the villages. Even the religious vocations like priesthood are not helping Brahmins anymore. Seventy percent of
Brahmins are relying on their hereditary vocation. There are hundreds of families that are surviving on just Rs. 500 per
month as priests in various temples. Devaadaya Sakha (Department of Endowments) with an income running into billions
of rupees and politicians who perform prayers and pujas on a large scale don’t care for the poor Brahmin priests. Priests
are under tremendous difficulty today. They are forced to beg for alms for survival. There are innumerable instances in
which Brahmin priests who spent a lifetime in studying Vedas 57 are being ridiculed and disrespected. Even under such

difficult situations, Brahmin priests are still preaching the importance of religious character and good moral character and
the advantages and importance of such character in individuals for the society. Such Brahmin families that are financially
downtrodden are forced to send their children into family vocation even though there is no income in those vocations.
Brahmins are a considerable and decisive force in about 56 constituencies in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Visakhapatnam,
Pendurti, Toorpugodavari, Kakinada, Amalapuram, Anaparti, Rajamandri, Narsapuram, Eluru, Tanuku, Krishna,
Vijayavada, Machilipatnam, Sattenapalli, Singarayakonda, Ongole, Nelluru, Kavali, Karnool, Adoni, Proddutur, Kadapa,
Badvelu, Anantapuram, Hindupuram, Kadiri, Chittoru, Madanapali, Tirupati, Adilabad, Kareemnagar, Manthani,
Miryalaguda, Warangal, Hanumakonda, Mahboobnagar, Nagarkarnool, Medak, Sangareddy, Siddipeta, Nirmal,
Karimnagar, Huzurabad, Khammam, Madhira, Kottagudem, Khairatabad, Malakpet, Himayatnagar, Secunderabad,
Vijayanagaram, Srikakulam, and other constituencies Brahmins are in a position to decide the outcome of elections. To
discuss all these issues Barhmins are assembling. Telangana Archaka Samakhya, Archaka Congress and Archaka
Sevasamiti are participating in this endeavor. This Mahasabha is calling on all Brahmins sects like Smarta, Pancharatra,
Vaikhasana, Saiva, Veerasaiva, Lingadhari, Vaishnava, Srivaishnava, Madhva etc. have to come together setting aside
their differences and proceed forward in unity.
Brahmins pray everyday by saying “sahanabhavantu, sahanoubhuvanktu, sahaveeryam karavavahai lokassamasta
sukhinobhavantu” … for the prosperity and peace in the world. Now it is time for the society to discuss the sad state of
these Brahmins. After a half-century of freedom from slavery, we don’t need gimmicks of numbers and statistics to figure
out the fall of Brahmins from glory. We can show our strength by being united and by participating in the elections to
determine the fate of politicians. We may not win any elections, but we certainly can determine the fate of candidates
based on their policies. Then only all parties will recognize our existence. Then only the path becomes easier and clearer
to take our due share. In every aspect of the society Brahmins are loosing their ground. By resorting to the blame game of
trying to find who is responsible for this sad state of Brahmins, by biting nails and sitting idle one can achieve nothing.
To succeed in this competitive world, it is important to take the stock of the situation, bring all Brahmins into one group
and discuss the problems and solutions, and help each other. We should prove to the world that we are united and blow the

Home Secretary N. Gopalaswamy, Finance Secretary S. Narayanan and Central Vigilance Commissioner P. Shanker are
the leading lights among two dozen Brahmin secretaries at the Centre. The chiefs of the Army and the Air Force, Gen. S.
Padmanabhan and Air Chief Marshal S. Krishnaswamy, are Brahmins. Brahmins are in top corporate positions, or

Kissinger:—so that she could say that she was really put upon.
Nixon: Oh, we really—
Kissinger: And—
Nixon: We really slobbered over the old witch.
Kissiger: How you slobbered over her in things that did not matter, but in the things that did matter—
Nixon: Yeah.
Kissinger:—you didn’t give her an inch. So that she’s—
Nixon: She knows.
Kissinger: She knows she isn’t coming out of here with any—she can’t go home and say, “The president promised to do
the following for me,” and then when you don’t do it—
Nixon: Did you get across with that clown yesterday afternoon at 5:00? You went on the, that as far as the, as she
was concerned that she would consider letting him—
Kissinger: Yep.
Nixon:—consult with regard to the designation. We want to59 be sure he understood that was the situation.

Kissinger: Right, and I fixed it in the memorandum of conversation which I’m giving him in such a way that it—just a
little. I’ve made it a little more explicit.
Nixon: Now you’ve covered Rogers for long enough—
Kissinger: Oh yeah, Rogers is in good shape.
Nixon: He’s prepared to be told this?
Kissinger: Oh yes. They’ve apparently treated him personally in a way that he doesn’t like, so he’s very—
Nixon: Ha!
Kissinger: No, no. He’ll be very tough with them.
Nixon: Yeah, he’s likely to be sharper with them than I was, you know. He can do that [unclear].
Kissinger: Well, he will be personally sharper but he doesn’t like her. In substance he won’t be as tough as you—
Nixon: He’s likely [unclear].
Kissinger:—because he doesn’t know the subject so well. I mean the skill—
Nixon: You should have heard, Bob, the way we worked her around. I dropped stilettos all over her. It’s like, you
know—
Kissinger: She didn’t know [unclear exchange] about the guerrillas in East Pakistan. [unclear]. One thing that
really struck me, the blown up [unclear] and that takes a lot of technical training. I wonder where they got that.
Nixon: She [unclear] so fast.
Kissinger: She said the East Bengal rifles [unclear–used to?]. That’s where it came from.
Nixon: That’s right. We also stuck it to her on that book—Henry’s book about India-Pakistan.
Kissinger: She said she studied a lot about the problems—how these conflicts started. Read a book by Maxwell, called
India-China War, which is a book that in effect proves that India started the ‘62 War. It was done with an enormous
politeness and courtesy and warmth.
Nixon: Well I acted as if I didn’t know what the hell had happened—
Haldeman: Yeah.
Nixon:—so she couldn’t say anything. But she knew goddamn well that I knew what happened, don’t you think?
Kissinger: Oh, yeah. You stuck it to her about the press.
Nixon: On that I hit it hard.
Kissinger: And I told—
Nixon: I raised my voice a little.
Kissinger: And I told her assistant—I told my opposite number that the thing that is really striking to us is that last year
Mrs. Gandhi, during her election campaign, made official protests that we were intervening when we weren’t. And she
never produced any proof. And yet every opposition candidate gets a royal reception, tremendous publicity, personal
meetings. And then after you do all of this you come over here and ask us to solve all your problems.
Nixon: You told him that?
Kissinger: Oh, yeah.
Nixon: Good for you.
Kissinger: I said look at the record the last 3 months. You’ve had a press campaign against us. You put out the word that
our relations are the worst ever. You get Kennedy over. You get that Congressman Gallagher over. You make a treaty
with the Russians. And then you come here and say we have60to solve your problems for you.

Nixon: Well if it was any—

Kissinger: But, Mr. President, even though she was a bitch, we shouldn’t overlook the fact that we got what we
wanted, which was we kept her from going out of here saying that the United States kicked her in the teeth. We’ve got
the film clip of this; you’ve got the toast. You’ve got the general warmth that you generated in the personal meeting.
Nixon: I do think at dinner tonight [unclear].
Kissinger: You didn’t give her a goddamn thing.
Nixon: [unclear]
Kissinger: If you would have put on a Johnson performance, it would have been emotionally more satisfying but it
would have hurt us. Because—I mean if you had been rough with her—
Nixon: Yeah.
Kissinger:—then she’d be crying, going back crying to India. So I think even though she is a bitch, I’d be a shade
cooler today, but—
Nixon: No, no. I mean, “cool” in terms of, like yesterday, as you noted, I tried to carry the conversation.
Kissinger: No, I’d let her carry it.
Nixon: And was sort of saying, “look, we’re being as good as we can in dealing with Pakistan. What else can we do?”
Today, I’m just going to say [unclear].
Kissinger: That’s what I would do. Except for Vietnam, I’d give her 5 minutes of the Tito talk because it will go right
back to the Russians as well as to the Vietnamese.
Nixon: Will it?
Kissinger: Oh, yeah. They have the closest diplomatic ties now with Russia. They leak everything right back to them.
