India has the largest concentration of Muslims in the world. It is found that 9 districts in the country
including Lakshadweep and 8 districts of Jammu and Kashmir (cradle of Hindu Civilization) have
a Muslim population of 75% or above, thanks to the successful genocide and ethnic cleansing of
Hindus with Raliv, Tsaliv ya Galiv 1. Alas, once the ruling community of the country, Muslims
have now been ruled by a Hindu which is oppression of Islam and Muslims of India and oppression
of Islam must be fought in a Jihad until such non-Muslim rule is extinguished, by the due date
2047.

With assistance of various foreign NGOs and jihadist organizations like PFI that has set a due
date of 2047 for reemergence of full-fledged Islamic rule over Hindus 2, Islamist Muslim Indian
women occupied center stage, both in the spatial optics of protest sites and in the political discourse
to demonstrate supremacy of Islam articulating Muslim feminism as acceptance to both patriarchy
and Shariat, while rejecting the feminist reformation movements happening in Islamic states like
Saudi Arabia and Iran. Islamists aim to reorder government and society in accordance with Islamic
law of Sharia 3.

Shaheen Bagh 4 marked a historical shift in the trajectory of Gazwa –e – Hind with the presence of
ordinary Muslim women at various protest sites articulated language of Islam through radical-
Islamic-female voices in conformity with Islamic Shariat, beginning with the law to give
citizenship to refugees from Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Bangladesh, the dismembered pure Islamic
parts of India. By advocating for the rights of Muslims from Afghanistan, Pakistan, and
Bangladesh, and preventing much needed assistance to non-Muslims persecuted in Afghanistan,
Pakistan, and Bangladesh, the Indian Muslim Women took up the jihad and Gazwa- e- Hind from
male Islamic terrorist domain to mainstream pan Indian Islamic level and feminism breaking even
the most restricted gender barrier of Islam, for the sake of dominance of Islam over India. Such is
the power of Islam, its Shariat and Quran that require complete annihilation of Hindus, their
temples and their priests, as did all invaders for Desert Cults in the past 1,400 years. Muslim
women became the face of radical Islam in India following the dictates of Taliban and Iranian
Ayatollahs, who have imposed burqa and restrictions on women. The Muslim women of Shaheen
Bagh reconciled the dichotomous identities of religion, feminism, and secularism, by supporting
Gazwa –e- Hind in public and incorporating Shariat and Freedom of Speech of the Constitution in
the discourse seamlessly!

By embracing their subordinate and less-than man status in Islam and wearing their religiosity
publicly, Muslim women untethered themselves from the political burden of re-interpreting the
tenets of Islam as a non-patriarchal, secularist religion, and any reason for reformation of Islam to
tolerate, accommodate, or coexist with the HinduPagan polytheism, idolatry, nature worship, non-

dualism, etc., of the Hindutva of the Sanatana Dhama. The hypervisible use of Indian flags and the
centrality of the Indian preamble, especially the phrase “We the People of India” reinforced the
idea that the protest was not only about Islamization of India, but vocalized the appropriation and
digestion of the constitutional values of the country into Islam without compromising patriarchy
and secondary status of woman in Islam and supremacy and dominion of Islam.

Marginalizing and excluding of Hindus through a language of Islam embracing the constitutional
rights, which has been the call of nationalists for a long time but in the opposite direction of
direction inclusion secularism. The protesting Muslim women valorized their Islamic burqa
wearing identities as Indian citizens as a mode of Islamization of the Constitution by embracing
and thereby, adopted an approach to Gazwa –e – Hind by declaring CAA 5 as unconstitutional
because it provides the Hindu and non-Muslim refugees fleeing from persecution and genocide in
Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Bangladesh, while demanding citizenship to illegal Muslim migrants
from Bangladesh 6. By the strategic priming of their identity as Muslim Indian citizens to advocate
for constitutional rights of religion and gender, Muslim women re-articulated the meaning of
secularism and have accomplished both – denial of citizenship to Hindu refugees from the Islamic
states and obtaining the refugee status to illegal Islamists immigrants from Bangladesh, clearly
showing the supremacy of Islam over Paganism of Hindutva and that Islamic rule of India is
inevitable by 2047, with or without extermination of all Hindus. Islamic minority and Christian
minority had ruled Hindustan for a thousand years and carved out pure Islamic states of
Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Bangladesh from Hindustan, while paving the way for once again the
God-given right of Muslims to rule over Hindus in the dismembered Abrahamic secular India.
Muslim women have shown that by embracing Islamic tenets and Shariat in public and
appropriating the language of the Constitution to support denial citizenship to Hindus and
providing citizenship to illegal Muslim immigrants from Bangladesh.

The centering of Muslim women’s experiences in the mainstream feminist discourse has
qualitatively changed the relationship of Indian feminism with religion wherein Indian feminists
reclaimed religious tenets and appropriate the language of the Constitution. At numerous Shaheen
Baghs that emerged across the country, the political expression of religion through one’s clothing
and carrying out daily prayers on roads disrupting traffic and at protests sites not only articulated
the political agency of Muslim women but also religion in public sphere is compatible with the
idea of a “modern-nation state”. The Umma and the West are encouraged by this empowerment of
Islam and Muslim women by denouncing citizenship for persecuted Hindu refugees from pure
Islamic states of Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Bangladesh through CAA, and demanding citizenship
for illegal Muslim economic immigrants and Islamists from pure Islamic states of Afghanistan,
Pakistan, and Bangladesh. Muslim Indian women succeeded in showing that the rule of openly
Hindu performing pujas and reciting verses in Sanskrit is not acceptable to Muslim Indians who
can never live with the isolator Hindutva pagans of nth class at the bottom of the totem pole, and
such Hindu rule is congenitally criminal (as per Criminal Tribes Act 1871) and is one of the
registers of oppression 7 besides gender, religion, class, and British created caste 8.

Apologists of Islam still insist on perpetuating the myth of an Islam which accorded equality to
her non-Muslim subjects, they talk of a time when all the various religious communities lived in
perfect harmony in the Islamic lands. The same apologists minimize, or even excuse, the
persecution, the discrimination, the forced conversions, the massacres, the destruction of the
churches, synagogues, fire temples and other places of worship. This rosy but totally false picture
of Islam is also built up by
(1) ignoring the destruction and the massacres during the actual process of the Arab conquests;
(2) by concentrating almost exclusively on the fate of Jews and Christians, and consequently
dismissing the fate of idolaters (are they not human?), Zoroastrians, Hindus and Buddhists
(3) by relying on Muslim sources, as though they are bound to be less biased!
(4) by ignoring, or excusing the appalling behaviour of the Prophet towards the Jews;
(5) by ignoring the intolerant, hostile, anti- Jewish, anti-Christian, and above all, anti-pagan
sentiments expressed in the Koran which were the source of much intolerant, fanatical and violent
behavior throughout the history of Islam against all non-Muslims.

Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, Parsi, and Christian religious minorities who fled from the
neighboring pure Islamic ountries of Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan before December
2014 due to "religious persecution or fear of religious persecution". However, the Act excludes
Muslims of these pure Islamic States because they are the oppressors of Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist,
Jain, Parsi, and Christian religious minorities who fled.

Taliban & the Kashmir-based ‘Hizb-ul Mujahideen’ RSO allegedly is working with two banned
jihadist groups ‘Jamaatul Mujahidin Bangladesh’ & ‘Harkat-ul-Jihad-al-Islami-Bangladesh’.
Rohingyas have formed terrorist groups & also they have close contact with other international
Islamic terrorist organisations. Rohingyas also pose a serious threat to the security of India’s north-
eastern state Nagaland as around 2,000 local Muslims have volunteered to take up arms against
the Nagas if the latter try to drive them out.
