A. Basic Needs

Basic needs are mainly classified or grouped into


three. These are:

1. Food: Food is a source of energy. We get food from


animals and Plants. However, not all animals and plants are
edible.
2. Cloth: It is used to cover our body parts. Cloth can be made
from natural and man-made products.
3. Shelter (house): Shelter is used to protect from cold, sun

and rain.
Shelters can be made from block, cement, clay brick,
stone and other materials.
