FLOOR`

● Be attentive and well groomed.


● 4 waitresses will be in charge at the backyard
● One Host Table will be at the front of the studio between the retail.

BAR

● BAR prepare for welcome drink at front bar on 3.00pm


● Welcome drink will be given directly at welcome drink station. The drink will be infused water (BAR 1)
● BAR at the backyard should get ready on 3.00pm
● No bottle service for wines & spirits, only service by glass

KITCHEN

• Buffet will be ready on 5.00pm


• 2 staff will be standby at the buffet area
• 1 walkie talkie to communicate with Manager / Head kitchen / Asst Manager
• Well groomed, neat and clean
• Put on makeup for the female staff

WEDDING ORGANIZER

• Wedding Organizer in 7 pax will be provided:


o Fried Rice / pax (In the morning – afternoon)
o Bento Box / pax (Dinner time)
o Drink will be in the voucher. 2 voucher / pax (morning – afternoon)

BRIDE and GROOMSMEN

● Bride and Groomsmen will be at Studio Room on 3.00pm (No Smoking)

ENGINEERING

● Make sure that electricity at whole venue works well


● Be attentive and always at the venue (wedding area) start from 10.00am – 23.30pm
● All lighting works well
● 2 Engineering staff must be stand near the wedding area

HOUSEKEEPING

● 1 or 2 days before the wedding, area at the backyard must be on cleaning especially the floor.
● Cleaning, clear up and prepare studio starting 09.00am.
● Studio must be clean before the wedding
● Put all the signage on private area
● Be attentive and always at the venue (wedding areas) all the time
● Helping floor team for clean and clear up when event finished
● Checking toilet every 30 mins
● Stand by near the front toilet and backyard
● 2 HK staff must be stand by nearest the wedding venue
SECURITY

● Please check everyone who comes to the venue make sure they don’t bring arak, alcohol / any drinks
from outside
● Refer to the layout for guest flow.
● Front gate as an entry.
● Security are standby in their station. 1 front gate, 1 backyard gate, 1 beside parking area.

BILLING INSTRUCTION / CASHIER

● One cashier will be in charge at the backyard


● All the billing will be all together
● Small money (for exchanged) preparation.
● If the sales of beverage reach in 30 million, please inform the WO.

PURCHASING

● Please ensure have enough stock of Food & Beverages


● Please discuss with Operational team for other supplies that needed during the event

GRAFIC DESIGN

• Preparing for the name tag of the food design


• Be ready for all the signage of the event

HUMAN RESOURCES

● Please support daily workers for the event

● Please standby during event


● Make sure connection are works well
