● 1 or 2 days before the wedding, area at the backyard must be on cleaning especially the floor.
● Cleaning, clear up and prepare studio starting 09.00am.
● Studio must be clean before the wedding
● Put all the signage on private area
● Be attentive and always at the venue (wedding areas) all the time
● Helping floor team for clean and clear up when event finished
● Checking toilet every 30 mins
● Stand by near the front toilet and backyard
● 2 HK staff must be stand by nearest the wedding venue
SECURITY
● Please check everyone who comes to the venue make sure they don’t bring arak, alcohol / any drinks
from outside
● Refer to the layout for guest flow.
● Front gate as an entry.
● Security are standby in their station. 1 front gate, 1 backyard gate, 1 beside parking area.
