4. Basement RC wall – 250mm thick 
5. Foundation – 2 options  
 Option 1‐ full raft at building location – 800mm to 1000mm thick raft 
                                 At parking location – 500 mm thick raft 
 Option 2 – At building location‐1000 mm thick Isolated foundations connected with 
250mm slab 
                    At parking location – 500mm thick isolated foundations connected with 
250mm slab
