The Total Contract Price is on for Tata Power Chembur Project.
1 Price Basis of the Offer Quoted : The Unit Price shall remain FIRM & binding and shall not be subject to any
escalation, for any reason whatsoever, till the completion of entire scope
of work including extended completion period. if any.

VENDOR shall submit Contract Performance Bank Guarantee (CPBG) of 5
% contract value within 15 days from award of contract. CPBG shall be
valid till end of Defect Liability Period with claim period of three months

nationalised bank or scheduled bank of RBI as approved by TPL The CPBG
shall be submitted in format provided by TPL. All Bank Charges for CPBG
shall be borne by you.

A } Payment terms:
a) 95% of the total contract price shall be released on pro rata basis
against certification of Invoice on 45th day. Payments shall be facilitated
through A-Treds with 45 days Credit from the date of submission of tax

In case the works is not completed within the agreed Completion Period
for the reasons attributable to VENDOR, without prejudice to its other
remedies under the Contract, liquidated damages, not by way of penalty,
shall be applicable at the rate of 1% of the Total Contract Price per week
or part thereof subject to a maximum of 10% of Total Contract Price.
15 Price Reduction for Delayed Supply / Services In case of VENDOR failure to Complete Work as per agreed schedule, TPL
also reserves the right to take any / all of the following actions at
VENDOR’s risk and costs.
a) Cancel or amend the order either in full or in part and get the work
done through any other sources available in the market.
b) Make any other alternate arrangement to meet the exigencies of work. Agreed/Not Agreed

1. Security of equipment: Contractor shall be responsible for the security
of their materials, machineries and equipment’s and Contractor shall not
have any claim on TPL for the loss or theft of materials, machineries and
equipment’s or any kind of damages.
2. Contractor shall mobilize all the materials required to execute the work
like chemicals/ Tools & Tackles and other resources immediately after
issuing of the work order and your material can not be taken out of the
site till the completion of the work/ without approval of TPL.

3. Contractor shall deploy competent, qualified full time Foreman/
Supervisor to execute complete scope of works in accordance with
drawings and specifications. The supervisor shall be available at all times
in the site to receive instructions from Engineer – in- charge/ Client in the
day – to – day activities throughout duration of contract.
4. You shall maintain the working areas clean i.e., housekeeping limited to
your scope of work for the given area & work surrounding is in your scope.
5. Your cost includes all lift and lead charges, except tower crane. Agreed/Not Agreed
