Reflection Paper

In making my 6-in-1 project, I faced a lot of struggles completing it perfectly, I have

to be tough enough as a leader of the group. As their leader it is my responsibility to assign
them into a particular work as their contribution, at first I thought I was doing a great job
assessing my group, later on I found out that among other members only one of them
submitted their part. I was definitely upset and I even tried my best to understand their
situation, but I have to make action in their irresponsible doing.

One of the best thing to do in this scenario is to give them a favour and since I
considered myself as an entrepreneur I managed to collect their missing attributes in the
group, I made them pay of course, well basically, it is not that much, only to cover their part.

Going back in making the actual project, it only take me a few hours to finish it. The
first thing I did is to paint the vase into pink, it’s my favourite colour of course. The next part
is to align the stem of the flowers into a hardening powder to stick them up and those stem
are made from bamboo. The last part, is designing the flower pot inspired to one of the
beautiful beaches Philippines have, the Sorsogon Island.

My project was composed of 6 local materials, such as bamboo, charcoal, coconut

crafts, string, buri, and recycled materials. The outcome of our 6-in-1 is really great. Lastly in
reporting, I managed to pull the whole group with my communication skills.
