The Hon. Gladys Berejiklian and the Hon. Jodi Leyanne,

I am reaching out to you in a desperate plea after an almost two-year long ordeal. My ordeal has become especially severe over the last year,
and the last few days saw dramatic deterioration.

I was subjected to inhumane treatment by my employer, Woolworths Group Ltd. After I dared to raise internal complaints, I was subjected to
brutal victimisation, and since March 2019 Ashurst has been the primary actor who aided and abetted in further victimisation.

I am providing a brief outline below, but first I would like to describe my current desperate situation. I suffer from a chronic lung condition,
diagnosed around early 2018. I have to abide by strict health and hygiene routines, but as of today, 22 March 2020, I became homeless. This is
just the latest of the blows I suffered as the direct result of extreme unlawfulness and injustice I have been subjected to. I am now at loss on how
I will be surviving further, in the middle of the unfolding coronavirus pandemic. My health condition puts me into the category that the Australian
government has determined as “those most at risk of serious infection” (as per www.health.gov.au/news/health-alerts/novel-coronavirus-2019-
ncov-health-alert/what-you-need-to-know-about-coronavirus-covid-19#who-is-most-at-risk).

I was forced to contact the Communities and Justice Department's homeless service, and they provided me with an emergency temporary
accommodation for the next two nights. I don't know where I will be living after that, and I don't know how I will be protecting myself against the
coronavirus hazards.

The health deterioration in 2018 led me to put a trivial request regarding my available working hours arrangements. In response to this trivial
request, I was brutally mishandled by Woolworths, so much so that I was forced to raise my complaints to official authorities, the NSW Anti-
Discrimination Board and subsequently to the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT). The events and facts in the aftermath of that are
truly shocking and unbelievable. And they have been happening right here in Sydney.

After I dared to raise my complaints to the authorities, Woolworths doubled up on its unlawful conduct. Woolworths went as far as lying to an
Australian court of law. It was so blatant that on 8 March 2019 I wrote a personal letter to the Woolworths CEO Mr Brad Banducci, where in a
polite and respectful manner I advised him about the shocking unlawfulness of the Woolworths' behaviour at the Tribunal proceedings. On 13
March 2019 I received a three-sentence response from Mr Banducci. What transpired next evidences that Woolworths took full notice of the
information I provided to Mr Banducci, but used it to adjust and further escalate its unlawful conduct at the Tribunal proceedings.

Faced with the irrefutable evidence of Woolwroths's lying to the Tribunal at the February 2019 NCAT hearings, Woolworths engaged Ashurst law
firm. Effectively, once exposed, Woolworths ran away and hid behind Ashurst. What Ashurst and its lawyers have committed is unspeakable
and, to the best of my knowledge, unprecedented in modern Australian history. What we have is possibly the first ever fully documented
Australian case of deliberate and intentional perversion of justice committed by a top global law firm and one of its most prominent and very
senior lawyers. We also have a thoroughly documented chronology of events which clearly show tremendous efforts by various parties with the
only tangible purpose to cover up the effective perjury crimes committed by Ashurst in an Australian court of law. The undeniable and irrefutable
evidence include official court recordings, as well as original emails and other documents.

Out of respect to you, and to comply with the size limitation of a message to the Prime Minister, I omit in this letter the gruesome factual details
of blatant lies, outright fabrications, a fraudulent evidence and other unlawful and most likely criminal actions committed by Ashurst and
Woolworths in an Australian court of law. The blatancy of Ashurst's perjury acts has been such that Ashurst has never dared to deny it, once
irrefutable evidence was presented by me to the Tribunal. Ashurst lawyers instead chose to literally avoid showing their faces at the Tribunal and
to avoid getting their names registered at the court proceedings by engaging a barrister against a non-lawyer, unemployed, and now homeless,
innocent victim of their crimes who dared to stand up to this extreme unlawfulness and injustice. The engaged barrister happens to be an ex-
Ashurst lawyer. So I state here that we have a thoroughly documented case of institutionalised extreme unlawfulness and possible criminal
conduct displayed by Ashurst in an Australian court of law.

The fact that I have included among recipients of this letter a number of parties to the events since February 2019 is the testament to the highest
level of integrity of the information I am providing here. It is also a testament to the standard of ethics I continue to uphold. I refuse to degrade
myself by descending to the depth of complete moral degradation, the lack of any integrity, and the low level crook behaviour displayed by a
nominally reputable global law firm, its presumably reputable top management and one of its most prominent senior lawyers, and last but not the
least, by the chief executive officer of an iconic Australian brand. They are not representatives of what one can honestly call true elite of a
democratic society. These are people who think nothing of breaking laws, and then think nothing about blatant and outright lying in a court of law
and engaging in most despicable conduct to brutalise an innocent victim who has courage and determination to stand up to this extreme
unlawfulness and subsequent injustice.

In case I am told that the matters of moral degradations, outright lying and complete lack of integrity in an Australian court proceedings are not
relevant considerations, I provide here further facts.
After the watershed NCAT hearing in March 2019, there have been at least four more hearings. At no occasion Ashurst has ever denied my key
statements above. Because they have seen the evidence presented by me to the court, and almost certainly they didn't expect that. They
thought they could blatantly lie to the court and get away with that. The fact they would ruin an innocent person's life in the process apparently
was of no consideration to them.

By early September 2019 I barely recovered myself and lodged a formal complaint with the Office of Legal Services Commissioner. I received a
prompt confirmation of the receipt of the complaint. After that the OLSC went completely silent with the exception of a single incoming telephone
contact in early October 2019. As of to date, the OLSC has not rejected or denied my statements about Ashurst's unlawful conduct and
behavior. Had there been even a hint of flaw in my statements, I have no doubts the OLSC's silence would have been long broken.

Lastly, the Tribunal itself has not denied the statements that Ashurst and Woolworths lied to a court of law and engaged in other unlawful actions
during the Tribunal proceedings. That is how undeniable and irrefutable the facts and the evidence are.

Yet everything that has transpired until present time has only one identifiable tangible purpose: to cover up the crime and unlawfulness. I don't
believe that any Australian should be silent when faced with that. A person much wiser than me once said that the only thing for the triumph of
evil is for good people to do nothing. I truly believe in that, so I will not be silenced no matter how much brutality and injustice is thrown at me.

I also draw my determination from the awareness that I am standing up not just for myself. My case is just the tip of the iceberg and the
proverbial canary in the coal mine. It is also the case where the perpetrators have been caught out and have exposed themselves completely
and utterly. The arrogant blatancy with which they have been breaking the law is such that they left no room to escape for themselves.

I am writing to you not just on my own behalf, but on behalf of tens, possibly hundreds of thousands of low wage, low paid workers who do the
unglamorous but necessary grunt work. Yet we are becoming the most vulnerable to the abuse of our basic rights, including basic human rights.
The despicable acts of lying and falsifying against us have unfortunately become unexceptional. I can refer to the Fair Work Ombudsman
findings on trolley collectors, who had to spend many years to untangle lies. I can refers to the systemic wage underpayment findings exposed
last September-October. What has been exposed in my case tops it all up.

I request any person who reads this letter and confirms the facts to take 15 seconds from their busy schedule, close their eyes and simply
imagine that these atrocities have been happening not to some ethnic hard working innocent immigrant with a hard-to-pronounce name, but to
themselves or to someone very close to them. You will be horrified just at the thought of it. For me, this is not an imaginable thought exercise.
This is happening to me in real life right now. I have been living through this ordeal for almost two years, and the situation is getting much worse.

The latest cruel twist which pains me greatly is that I face a real danger and risk that the perpetrators of this despicable crime in Australia will
cynically and calculatedly use the calamity caused by the coronavirus pandemic to try to cover up and hush up their crimes. What makes the
cynicism of such development unbearable is that my health condition puts me right in the high risk group of people who can succumb to and
become casualties of the pandemic.

That is why I have no choice but reach out to you, as the leaders of our society. I believe everyone will agree with me when I say that it is exactly
at the times of big calamities the people's trust and belief in the integrity, honesty and justice of the system they live in becomes the most critical
factor. And this view is in starkest possible contrast to the cynical and calculated inhumanity of the conduct displayed by some of the other
recipients of this letter.

I respectfully await for your response.

Sincerely yours and with great regard,

Aziz Najmitdinov.
