Day 1

 What challenge did I face for today?

Principles of School Based Management teached me how to become a good
leader/manager in our school. Interest and needs of pupils is our priority in SBM.

 How did I respond?

As a respond for thus I will give on orientation/ meetings and we will encourage the
community, stakeholders and LGU’s, NGOs to engaged the activities in our school
regarding SBM.

 What was the result of impact of my responses?

As for I know it was a big challenged for us as a leader to have a good SBM.

Day 2
Reflections

School processes/ school organizations have a great roles in the improvement

of one school. As a school head we must have good relationship towards each other.
Communication and suggestion is free to all of us.

As a school head I will accept the suggestion but I will felt it/ choose it/ and
go for the best we must know all the process and we must be CONFIDENT.

We must be creator/resourceful. We are the molder of the school.

Take A Way

How could you make use of your learning once your back in school?

After this seminar, I will make use of my learnings once I’m back in school
first I will revisits my CI Program and some revisions on it.

Then I will have a meeting with my team to look for another problem that
exist in our school.

Day 3
Reflections
After knowing the principles of C.I. It’s a big challenge in part of my management
skill being a school head. I must used it CI way to solve simple problem.
I will respond the needs that in our PIA’s to be done in CI way. We will put up the CI
Team that will help in the doing the activities.
I must have a good in doing the CI way but in case it did not do in first try theres
always have room for improvement. As a school head I’m must modeling the way.

After knowing the CI processes, I realized that finalize Improve Planning Project that
as a leader on School Head, “Don’t focus on objectives be prepared on the other problems.
Don’t expect a bed of roses expect the bed of nails during the implementations of CI.
One important words that I must not forget in doing CI was Evidence Based and
always revisit our program.
We are in a journey while doing CI we must problem but were armed by CI
processes/ methadology its become easy and I will apply “Will do, I do”.

 What challenge did I face for today?

After discussing the analyze I realized that is quite difficult because its need a
thorough analysis. I must be careful on choosing what process is the best.
  How did I respond?
I will seek the help for our SPT lend thorough analysis discussing on what the best
thing to do.
 What is the result of my action?
As far as I know cooperation and understanding in my SPT would come up a good
SIP.
