Body:
In 2001, the amount of money spent on national fixed-line services stood at 700 dollars,
while the figure for cell phone services hit the lowest point of 200 dollars. In the period of
next 5 years, there was a significant drop of national fixed-line services of 200 dollars as
oppose to cell phone services, which rose considerably to approximately 500 dollar. During
the same period, the payment spent on international fixed-line services saw a fluctuation
around 300 dollars.
In 2006, the expenditure on cell phone service kept rising and then peaked at over 700
dollars in 2010 which was nearly 2 times as much as that of national fixed-line services,
stood at 400 dollars after declining dramatically. Meanwhile, the figure for international fixed-
line services remained unchange over the period of 5 years.
