Ethiopia, set the capacity of the project, sort out all the necessary inputs for the
project, identify each elements of project cost, plan the whole activities of the project,

Event Title: 1st International Educational Exhibition

Assignment: As a partner we had an exposure to set up and organize all the event
activities. We were assigned to perform development of pre event assessment, the
project, project strategic plan, activity plans, monitoring, follow-ups and key
performance indicators, alternative strategies, monitoring and evaluation criteria
and all office paper works and correspondences. Moreover the assignment also
included to delegate and participates on meetings; lead the marketing activities,
brand creation, lobbing and follow upping all activities.

Assignment: The purpose and objective of this assignment was to study market
research, overview compotators profile, develop marketing strategy, study detailed
products description , set production capacity of the factory, study the
manufacturing process of each product lines, perform technical and engineering
analysis, design plant layout, machinery and equipment recommendation and
setting machineries specifications, study the required detailed raw materials of the
factory, calculate the cost of raw materials, study the organizational and human
resource requirements of the factory, calculate the total cost of the project, analyse
the financial analysis, attach machineries invoices, socio economic analysis of the
