AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, RONALDO F. BONDOC JR., of legal age, Filipino, currently residing at

5225 Bana St., Abacan, Malabanias, Angeles City, Pampanga, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, deposes and states THAT:

1. I am the owner of a Toyota Hilux with OR No. 002019185641289 & CR

No. 38434821-5, which was confiscated by officers of the DENR-CENRO
Capas CENRO. My aforesaid vehicle was confiscated sometime on January
25, 2021 when the DENR CENRO officers apprehended certain ROLANDO
G. MANALAC and ROCHE BONDOC who were then driving my said
vehicle without my knowledge and permission, and allegedly using the same
for transporting several sacks of charcoal without permit, in violation of
PD705. The same is currently impounded at the DENR-CENRO Capas
Office located at Death March Memorial, Cutcut II, Capas, Tarlac;
2. I am filing a motion for the release of the aforesaid vehicle with the Office
of the DENR-CENRO Capas;
3. I hereby undertake that upon approval of the DENR-CENRO Capas of my
motion to release vehicle, I commit to produce the said vehicle whenever so
required, in relation to the Complaint filed against ROLANDO G.
MANALAC and ROCHE BONDOC;
4. I am executing this sworn statement to attest to the truth of the foregoing
facts and for whatever purpose it may serve.
