Music And Sound Effects-

I chose the song Wonderwall by Oasis to be played in the background whilst my two
voice actors are speaking. I chose this song as everybody knows it as it's a popular
song played. Also, because Lindsey Bullen who runs College Radio, she likes the
song therefore linking the two together. I also chose this song because it appeals to
the target audience because it's familiar and meaningful to some people. The song
will start from the chorus and play throughout the rest of the enrichment description
adverts.

I chose the song Levitating by Dua Lipa to be played in the background of my

Priestley Pride advertisement because it is an upbeat song that will fit in with my
script of Priestley Pride. This was chosen as it is a popular song which is played on
most radio stations therefore allowing others to recognise the song. This song will
relate to the correct target audience because this enrichment is aimed at those
people a part of the community and they will understand the song because it is
popular. This song will start at the beginning of the advert from the start of the song
and play throughout the rest of the advert.

In both advertisements I used the sound effects of drum rolls. This is because it
creates a suspense lead up of what's to appear and be said next in the
advertisements. This creates excitement for the advert therefore intriguing others to
take notice of the advertisements.
