Right to Stop Work Policy

SFX TransportGlobal Geophysical is committed to achieving HSE excellence. We will

reach our goals through visible management leadership, team-work, and the individual
contributions made by employees. This shared commitment is fundamental to our success.
Compliance with SFXGlobal’s HSE policies, standards and procedures to circumvent loss
is not enough. We must be constant and steadfast in our efforts to identify hazards and
analyze risks. Reporting unsafe conditions and practices is the personal responsibility and
in the best interest of every employee. Without this critical input, prevention efforts will be
compromised.

The Right to Stop Work initiative provides every employee the authority to stop a job if it is
deemed to be unsafe. Regardless of your position in the company, if there is any doubt
about the safety of a particular task, condition, procedure or process, you are empowered
and obligated to stop the work. Furthermore, not only are you personally authorized to stop
work without threat of adverse retribution from management or co-workers, it is your
responsibility to do so.

Line management is responsible for supporting this initiative by empowering employees to

exercise their Right if necessary and to report any and all HSE incidents so that corrective
action can be taken to prevent a loss.

If you feel that your efforts to stop work due to an unsafe condition have been ignored,
please contact the HSE Hotline. Calls made to the HSE Hotline will be handled in a
confidential manner. You may contact the HSE hotline by dialing one of the following
numbers:

 Within the US (toll free): 866-375-8815

 Outside of the US: +1 713-979-5539
