How to make Talam Durian

Ingredients:
300 grams of glutinous rice (soak 2 hours, then wash and drain)
2 pandan leaves
200 ml of instant coconut milk
150 ml of water
Pinch of salt
Oill
200 grams of durian flesh
100 grams of sugar
50 grams of custard flour
300 ml of medium coconut milk
60 grams of rice flour
1 tsp durian paste

Blender
Pan
Baking sheet
Baking paper

Steps:

1. Prepare a steamer then heat it.


2. Prepare an 18 x 18 cake tin. Grease with a little oil and cover the base with
baking paper.
3. Prepare a pan, pour all the sticky rice ingredients then cook until the coconut
milk is reduced.
4. After that, steam the sticky rice for about 15 minutes.
5. Remove then transfer the sticky rice to the tin while pressing it until it is flat and
solid. set aside.
6. Prepare a blender, mix all the durian ingredients then blend until smooth
7. Pour directly over the sticky rice llayer.
8. Then steam over medium heat for about 40-50 minutes until cooked.
9. Remove and chill until completely cold.
10. Cut into pieces according to taste and serve on a plate
