    Fix Audio Issues in Microsoft Teams


    1. Leave the workshop and rejoin using the link provided in your email
    2. Make Sure You are Not on Mute
    Look at your microphone button in the toolbar and make sure there is not a line going through it. Click
    the microphone icon to mute and unmute.

    3. Select the Audio Device that You Want to Use


    a. Click on the three dots a pop-up menu will appear select Device settings.

    b. Under Speaker and Microphone, you can check and choose the device you want to use

    4. If you are unable to resolve the sound issues stay on MS Teams to view the presentation and call the
    toll-free number associated with the workshop to hear the audio.
