DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:

This deed made and entered into this 13 th day of July, 2022 at the Guagua, Pampanga,
by and between:

NOVIE A. NEGRO, Filipino, of legal age, with residence and postal address
at Purok 7, Panipuan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga hereinafter referred
to as the "VENDOR"

-and-

JESSA B. FRAGATA, Filipino, of legal age, with residence and postal

address at Santa Maria East, San Nicolas, Pangasinan hereinafter referred
to as the "VENDEE".

WITNESSETH that -

WHEREAS the "VENDOR" is the owner of the motor vehicle and hereby SELL,
TRANSFER AND CONVEY and by these presents SOLD, TRANSFERRED AND
CONVEYED unto said “VENDEE” the following motor vehicle describe as follows:

WHEREAS, VENDOR hereby warrant that said motor vehicle is free from any
alien and encumbrances and that VENDOR defend the title and right of the VENDEE
from any claim of whatever kind or nature from the third persons.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and the
sum of THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php30,000.00), which the VENDOR hereby
acknowledged to have received from the VENDEE, the VENDOR hereby assigns,
transfers and conveys unto the VENDEE, all her rights, title and interest to the
aforementioned motor vehicle and appurtenant interest in the above-described motor
vehicle pursuant to this Deed and the VENDEE by these presents hereby accepts the
sale and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Deed.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands on the date
and place first above written.
