Discussion

Technology-assisted education and improvement techniques have emerged as more and

more effective, changing conventional education techniques that have been in use for decades

and feature proven mild success. Training is becoming increasingly important for firms,

according to various studies, and technology-enhanced training can improve retention and

application (Cox et al., 2017). These are only a few instances.

1. Interactive Learning: Learning that is interactive and engaging has been enhanced by

technologically related training and development practices. Learners can actively participate in

the learning process by using multimedia resources, videos, and interactive quizzes.

2. Accessible Anytime, Anywhere: Training and development strategies related to technology

have made learning available at all times and locations (Agarwal & Lenka, 2018). Employees'

hectic schedules can be more conveniently accommodated as they can avail of the training

modules anytime and from anywhere across the globe.

3. Customized Learning: The technology-driven training and development methods can be

tailored to meet the specific requirements of the learners. For instance, students can cherry-pick

the subjects they wish to learn, decide their learning pace and opt for the method that suits them

the best. Points and badges have been utilized in the organizational environment to enhance

compliance with demands to complete online training programs, among other things (Landers &

Armstrong, 2017).

4. Cost-effective: As compared to traditional training approaches, technology-based training, and

development techniques prove to be more cost-effective. Companies can train their staff
members with greater ease by leveraging online training modules, as they are simpler to create

and deliver at a lower cost.

In conclusion, technologically-related training and development techniques are efficient

and offer an ideal learning environment for conventional approaches. In addition to being

affordable, they provide interactive learning, accessibility, and personalized learning. In order to

keep up with the times, organizations should implement technology-related training and

development practices.
