The school ensures the emergence of a strong wellbeing culture emerging within the
community. Students' wellbeing needs are increasingly considered in daily routines,
activities, and resource selection. Trusted adults and a trained school counsellor
provide care, guidance, and support, ensuring students have access to appropriate and
effective assistance. Most students feel empowered to express their ideas and
concerns, contributing to the wellbeing agenda.

In the Early Years Foundation Stage (FS), children perform above

expectations in English, mathematics, and science. Primary students
demonstrate secure academic outcomes in English, mathematics, and
science, making good progress in Islamic education and Arabic. In
Secondary, students' outcomes are stronger in years 7 to 9 compared to
years 10 and 11. Overall, they perform well in mathematics and science,
but their achievements in Arabic as an additional language fall below
expected standards.

THE OVERALL PROVISION OF STUDENTS OF DETERMINATION IS G O O D

The principal's strong vision and empowering leadership style fosters growth within the school. However, leadership quality varies across the
institution. To enhance cohesion, senior leaders' deployment should be reviewed and strengthened. In Secondary, the headteacher leads a new
middle leadership team, which requires more rigorous monitoring and training to excel.
Across the school, teachers establish enjoyable and effective learning environments, with particularly stimulating spaces in the Foundation Stage
(FS). Primary teachers effectively use questioning to address varying student abilities. However, excessive teacher-talk in lessons can hinder some
more able students. While teachers plan differentiated activities, they sometimes struggle with effective delivery.
