As we got that Dr. Ramesh is a son of poor labour,and toiled his way through immense struggle,

he had not forgotten his background ,as Dr Ramesh has lived a life of poor backgrounded family

he knows the dificulties faced by poor hardworking people, especially for financing health realated

problems,which is just invaluable,Dr Ramesh just made is easier of those needy people

already suffering with cardiac related issues ,so it is surely ethical among the society as

Dr Ramesh also has to concerned about the profit to be earned ,so that he facilitate his services

with better and improved manner ,thats why he charges little high amount with good background people

and thus it is genuinely ethical towards the society ;as Dr Ramesh used his skills to serve the

underpriviledge section of society in need of cardiac care.

The contention of Mr Suresh is not fully correct as he just not got the intention behind the different

pricing with patients ;as Dr wanted to serve those who are not much capable to pay the amount

for cardiac surgeries ,partially we can say Mr Suresh cold have felt cheated because he does not

got the policy of differential pricing by Dr Ramesh ,before his surgery as he got it all from another patient

Mr Jayesh which enraged Mr Suresh to call in the court for discrimination .The Dr must stated directly to

all the patients of such price differential policy , before any conduct of surgery so that nobody got

enraged and shocked after that.
